Here in Sydney we have a few expensive private hospitals like the Mater in North Sydney and some smaller private hospitals around Sydney harbour suburbs where the real estate is incredibly expensive (multimillion dollar houses). I suppose visiting royalty from Saudi Arabia, being extremely wealthy, prefer the expensive private hospitals. So this Curtis was telling on his show how these Saudi uber wealthy, royal or no, refuse to use Hindu or other kinds of infidel doctors when visiting amongst the infidels.
We had a comparable situation in Australia. However most of our hospitals are completely socialist and unlike america, where a quarter of the money goes on malpractice insurance, there is very little malpractice insurance in Australia and the people are generally happy with the socialist system. Although many people are failed by it and it does have non socialist capitalistic aspects, like the system in mainland china, which is completely user pays with no exceptions.
While in china, the doctors will be happy to let you die outside the hospital if you don't pay (and you will), the Americans really have a socialist emergency system however if you are on the radar legal in America they will bill you.
Most Americans do not understand their rights in this regard and would prefer to flee to their home countries (if not actually america), than pay they [sic] bills. It's pretty legal in America to phoenix disappear and reappear as some kind of Mexican with a fake name and fake social security number however this goes against most Americans principles and they would prefer to go to a debtor's jail than be called Miguel Hernandez.
Anyway the principal fatwa Deans representing the Saudi interests in Australia issued a kind of fatwa however it was done in an Australian aboriginal way which is potentially unislamic according to some of the fatwa Dean brotherhood.
