movie review: hunting humans (2002 - b grade or worse)

hey, u know benji loves a shitty b-grade movie these days, they're selling them all over the place in sydney, for $2 and it's always interesting to see how shit they are compared to the slick ones and what mistakes the film-makers are making, in many respects, a bad b-grade movie teaches you more about film-making than a slick one that makes it look so easy

i enjoyed watching this movie with my crazy buddy with the insanely horrible cock-roach infestation problem in his home in his home.... however i will review this movie quickly and show u the flaws:

1) plot/storyline........... one reviewer has already dismissed it as having more holes than swiss cheese - correct, if you take the time to watch this movie you have to agree, clearly it was a great learning experience in filmmaking for all involved

you find urself rooting for the underdog filmmakers when you watch a movie like this, but at the same time you think: no, great idea/premise but the failure in execution starts here

in the initial establishing scenes where they just do a simple, have him walk to his car thing, already the shots they choose and even the jeans they have him wear looks like shit.......... but still the movie goes on and you think it's a little winner for an underdog movie but then the plot holes get so hopelessly lost (plot holes) and you realize the writers are incoherent idiot morons that couldn't think through a proper plot from the start

there are actually loads and loads of really b-grade kind of actors that must be making these movies the same reason underpaid pilots in america fly around for 20k a year, coz it's their passion or sthmg

these poor bastards, i could take a 40 of these dopey sops, actors, producers, writers, etc, and produce a goddam masterpiece in no time with very little money......... unfortunately, the public is not interested much in art....... who knows? maybe there's enough art with all the a-list stuff, the new pitt movie apparently is a zombie flick, haven't seen a trailer yet but maybe will watch it in a few years time on dvd or inet from start to end --- probably would be a good movie.......... i am wondering if all the a-list actors start running the other way when they see the b-grade dudes come walking along -- they are everywhere these b-grade dudes and their b-grade movies!  alot of a-list actors also make very shitty indie-films

i am actually surprised some director/producer out there hasn't picked up the phone or emailed me to say, look man, we realize not giving you a few hundred thousand dollars to make a work of art to bequeath to the idiot masses is ridiculously stupid, so please, go make a movie for us; there's no accounting for the stupidity of humanity though......... i don't have time to rue it, so i just drive my taxi......... if the idiot masses are too homosexual and stupid to deserve the right to merit a viewing of a feature film by benji, that's their problem, not benji's (also future generations' problem, again, not benji's)
