Why can't people answer questions properly? It's like when the stupid golf ball won't go home!

Look at this: I generated a simple questionnaire on Google docs then forwarded it by email to Frank Morano on WABC coz he said for people to email him and then I got an email back from Frank saying: "Ha, thank you."

But if you read the questionnaire below, it's not asking for anyone to say "Ha, thank you."

It's asking a specific question which google docs is able to quantify and specify in a statistical way and "Ha, thank you", does not fit the template. Either the ball goes into the hole in golf or it doesn't! You answer the Google docs answer properly or you don't!
