Le lit, will it smell like teen spirit?

Hey shlarts. Went to IKEA today with the ball and chain and the little copoleti (Bulgarian for bastards). At Rhodes, kind of geographic centre of Sydney. The food wasn't that bad, barramundi fish, salad, garlic bread, chocolate cake, jello for the kids, mashed potato, meatballs and veggie balls. I do like eating at IKEA and walking around there, even just once a year. However, as I've transferred to the northern beaches, I have no need to go into greater Sydney for anything, just northern beaches or occasional northern beaches to city run in the bus. I prefer to stay away from greater Sydney as it's too big and overwhelming. My house is on the northern fringe, very little urban build up, mostly just hills and forest for miles. Greater Sydney is an overwhelming ghost town so I'm happy to just stay out of it. From the northern fringe to the Northern beaches, yeah the petrol is too expensive coz of Biden but it's all non overwhelming, non trauma triggering happy days.
We found a beautiful loft bed for Alex, it's like two metres up in the air. And double size. This is a bed that can last him ten years until he's 18 or 19. It's around 185cm long, like six feet two inches but if he turns out super tall like me, he can sleep diagonally and likely fit. The beautiful thing about this loft bed is that his momma's work desk fits under it nicely. Since the coronavirus completely nixed her physical presence at the office. To her great pleasure. I told her she can work on boat with me one day with her laptop computer, but we need to get an electrical solution.
I don't know when I'll explain to him and his sister they're biological twins, born almost two years apart (less three weeks). They're sleeping next to each other in his old bed this evening. That's something they do like once a week or something. My UFO stories have him kind of petrified to sleep at night alone. About two years ago his sister was super petrified by Chucky (the scary killer doll from the movie). I only showed her like fifteen minutes of it, but it freaked her out a lot.
Anyway I was going to mention my father's constant bitching about the scum of the earth when I was like a teenager but instead I'll play Pootie Tang's hit song, thank you Pootie & Chris Rock:

Alex was disappointed today they're downgrading him from Sharks group to Dolphin at swimming. He never actually got properly evaluated, I just kind of said he was Shark level but I was wrong. Anyway he's super strong, I think if he learns proper technique and trains he can compete at a high level. He's already the fastest in his school for his age. His sister aforementioned is very good at gymnastics, she's doing that 90 minutes a week. Sometimes I pick her up by the ankles and lift her upside down. We call that moppy, she loves it.
