singing praises of 10k run some more

entertainment tonight's nancy o'dell: three words and three words only apply: tap, tap, tap

ok, after a night's sleep, my body has spent all night during sleep repairing/toning muscle mass, digesting that big meal last night, and burning/restoring fat.......... net result, as usual, the next day after 10k run, all kinds of excess fat from burgers and kebabs and what not from weeks past have just been burnt off...... burnt off........... that is such a great feeling not to have to carry that around....... side effects include slight tendency toward headache so will just take some aspirin

last nite's dream: included a very big crocodile.... people at some kind of party were playing with it, then it was playing with a dog and other household pets.... remember being scared of it and thinking people were crazy to play with that.... then some old lady i used to be friends with came along and it turned out i had to drive all the party goers home which is my job in real life.........

just saw some french news and might stick around for dr. phil if it comes on soon... giving, as always, a wide berth for the english-redneck loser tv programs made with help from the occasional sad and pitiful loser u.s. citizen that works with them (and we know they're out there coz we have dropped them off in taxi b4)

if dr. phil doesn't come on now at 11am, then it's time to waddle over to the coffeeshop and buy a coffee and chill there.... oh no, entertainment tonite, cheers reunion week, do we dare degrade ourselves by unmuting this nonsense?..... the presenter is pretty, but no..... these douchebags are the scum of the scum, entertainment tonight, george clooney, God's own personal crap leftover on his butt hairs after he craps and wipes it......  this is what's wrong with liberals, they think that because they're so retarded and seem like they were evolved from monkees that ALL OF US were evolved from monkeys.... how about only liberals and lefties were evolved from monkeys and the rest of us evolved from the ancient races left over from the now submerged continents of lemuria (now the pacific ocean) and atlantis (now the atlantic ocean) -- that explanation probably wouldn't suit evangelicals who do not, in any case, deserve to be dignified by benji due to their ignorance in matters of cosmology.........this entertainment tonite presenter is a real little cutie pie...... were u evolved from a monkey honey? can u make some monkey sounds for us, maybe eat a banana and check someone's hair for fleas? ha ha
