it struck me as trippy, in Richmond, Virginia, the first news story after 9/11, on the free to air public news, the big national channels, was about the guy i was working for cleaning roofs, about his uncle drowning in Belize while scuba diving, he even came with his girlfriend one day, dressed for a funeral
