This Wray was an Atlanta based corporate lawyer in the private sector before going to the DOJ. Now it may not seem plausible to many readers that Benji in fact created his own micro-Nation nation state many years ago, with an unknown name that may or may not include the words 'doonsen poops'* in the national anthem. But I can tell you that if that were the case, then certainly one of my ambassadors would be aware of the Marta subway in Atlanta and its two branching lines and the hub of Chinese run businesses recruiting Mexicans and South Americans for Chinese run businesses in the eastern parts of the USA, near the one end of one of these two lines (walking distance). At least this was the case in 2005.
But digressing, I think the problems are 80% in academia, in the tertiary academic world which is the perfect point of entry for the Chinese government to do and get whatever it wants. In Duffman parlance, this would be akin to Duffman thrusting in the direction of the problem, oh yeah.

The other issues are Chinese fishing fleets are working with the Chinese Navy to steal other nations' fish. And the Chinese are supplying the Mexican cartels with drugs to drug Americans. There are probably realistic solutions for all of these problems. They're not generally topics that hold public attention for long as the public are not generally journalism minded when watching tv and more interested in movies and entertainment.
If China is doing other crazy shit like spreading viruses to kill bees or whatever there's a good chance nobody would ever know. I'd focus on drug supply, illegal fishing, making extremely wrong behaviour in universities illegal (very grey area of society).
It's not like American law enforcement in general is defective. Last time I went to America I was detained by ICE for visa overstay (because I absolutely would not work with they legal official system because it was ridiculous and broken). I tried having a reasonable and logical discussion with one of the officers while he walked me to the bathroom at LAX, as I wanted to pee. I remember we were both projecting our voices a little bit as I was a few yards apart at the urinal standing up to pee, apologies to all the angry sexist women out there, yes I stand to pee, you can too honey, sweating if you like. Anyhoo this ICE guy was all like, 'are you threatening me???'

Obviously he was getting his panties in a bunch while I was pissing at the urinal hollering loud enough for him to hear me, it's the American way, no-one was threatening anyone y'all. He was the guy with the taser and gun on him and I was the guy that had gone through all the checkpoints metal detectors already.
I mean at this point I could have insisted on seeing a judge and languishing in a cell til then but I just wanted my flight rerouted to New Zealand so I could have my holiday there. Probably if they couldn't reroute my flights back to Sydney through a three week holiday in New Zealand I would have went to a judge. I think maybe coz I'm such a big guy sometimes people are scared I'm just going to bash them or something.
The point is this guy needs to be re-trained so instead of thinking I'm threatening him while I'm actually standing at a urinal pissing while we chat, he's enabled to deport Mexicans and help his cousin in the coast guard stop Chinese fishing boats MORE (not saying they aren't doing a great job already).

Oh almost forgot, being July 7-8 it's the anniversary of a few things. It marks the end of my seventeen months approximately long stay in Spain, perfecting my Spanish as a second language skills. It proved to me I can spend 17 months in the European Union I was a citizen of, and learn a foreign language to perfection (ie., other than English). 1997 (ultimately a 22 months long stay in Spain at this point learning Spanish from absolutely zero).
2008.... My father passed away age 65, in relatively good health physically, although suffering from occasional pains from gout. I was approximately seventeen to twenty two months into my second non english speaking EU nation at the time, mastering the language there to the best of my ability. I never got past five or six out of ten, in terms of perfection, unlike Spanish which I learned to a very high level. I did modify my spoken Spanish in the United States to match the Spanish spoken there.
2005.... While staying in NYC in Queens I couldn't help notice some bombers or terrorists killed 50 or so people and permanently disabled and disfigured and scarred and burned others in London attacking various folks taking public xport. I generally view this within the wider prism of Islamists in the UK. Which is different historically to Islamists in Spain and southern France.
