So the case was closed then some TV producer that had offered Lehmann a job as a weather man or something went and saw his lawyer because Lehmann called him a 'fuggen shlut' (paraphrasing).
Then this producer said, hang about, I'm not a fuggen shlut, you're the fuggen shlut you fuggen shlut. En suivre (next thing), said producer grabs his hammer, breaks his piggy bank from childhood before he was a coke user, consults a greedy lawyer and produces an affidavit bigger than the bible saying Lehman is the fuggen shlut, not him.
In fact, the affidavit says they're both fuggen shluts. The judge overseeing the case rules the affidavit is admissible and reopens the case to depose the tv producer fuggen shlut in open court. $$$$ ca ching, more money for the lawyers, none of whom have been charged with using cocaine.
At issue: how does being a fuggen shlut and denying being a fuggen shlut make Lehmann a fuggen bullshitting fuggen shlut.
Justice Lee will keep us informed. He's already finished writing his ten million page response. What a big payday for a few lawyers.
Paradoxically, the tv producer is so dumb he has actually made himself look like a complete and utter dumb fuggen shlut which was what he was trying to avoid doing by consulting an expensive lawyer.
