ok so making a note of today's workout and last two days, that was 5km running today and yesterday in 3 1km runs and one two km run
got to feed the cat
on Monday it was either 3km of running or 4km, can't remember........ also today and yesterday about 30 sit-ups approx. and also today and yesterday, discovered the joys of stretching using a giant soft gym ball......... I figured today that it's possible to arch my back enough on the gym ball to have my had almost touching the ground same time as my feet are, it's certainly helpful for the back to stretch it thusly......... In general the back pains I was experiencing before I took a two week holiday have gone away from the most part but now i'm finding my right shoulder and associated muscles are torn or something and it's not 100% ok or easy to move although I can still drive the bus with it and it doesn't hurt so bad unless I try to stretch my right arm out
the kids definitely didn't seem to enjoy the gym's playgroup today as much as yesterday, especially the girl who was crying a lot so I spent a couple of sessions between runs in there with them but certainly the girl didn't like it much today - too bad I guess, she'll have to get used to it ---- the lady at the gym daycare was totally overwhelmed today anyway - just a big cryfest in there
