just after 11pm, Thursday night. Last week ending Sunday ran a total whopping 21km! That's half a marathon! This week so far sitting on 8km but will try to run 5km now unless I start chafing around the upper thighs or thereabouts. My weight is just fluctuating between 119.5 kg and 124kg though. Not much difference happening.
ok that's 5km down with around hundred yards walk extra on average with each km. The most obvious health benefit is to the intestinal, digestive system, one would think, as it gets everything pumping and tends to really get the bowels moving, it's also conducive to drinking more water. Being a smoker of around 8 or 9 cigarettes per day on average, probably the effect on the lungs is limited but excellent for the heart as my heart rate at rest is only 88 according to the machine and I feel a lot better but smoking is definitely weakening.
that's a 9kmph speed with two lots of 1km plus a 3km non stop run. As a smoker, it's hard to just go run 8km non stop. Obviously there's a really strong endorphin and dopamine rush going on right now which is super. Also did 30 sit ups and going to see if I'm good for another 3km tonight. It's a little before midnight. Pbs news hour with Gwen Eiffel was showing some interesting reporting series on u.s. Military earlier today like about people that live on submarines and stuff, so probably will watch that after the gym in bed then crash. Alex is off tomorrow with his mom and sister to play with his Korean / Ukrainian buddy Isaac, so probably will just sleep in and shower tomorrow. So far 13km this week. Ok make that 15, was only down for an extra 2
