Well I'll tell you what, this small crew of Shakespearean players, I see them now the third year running, coinciding with almost three years at the local sailing club in Avalon, they're hot contenders for a Benji award next year.
This time they played King Lear, my enjoyment was heightened by the company of my old buddy Shepovski, an old friend of mine dating back to Xmas 1996.
And also the familiar and pleasant environs of my local sailing club. In fact it's pleasant to grab one's kayak and paddle and head for one's boat for sleepy time after a brief chat in passing with Lear and Gloucester, for a certainty!
However as horrendous as Edmund and Goneril and Regan and co may be, they seem to have hot competition from Sean Combs who looms large as a Shakespearean villain.
Sean Combs, Shakespearean villain par extraordinaire? Wife murderer? Serial rapist, rapstar murderer, or just misunderstood sexual deviant, his case is as large as Lear's!

If you look.at this photo of Jay Lo and in jail oh Diddy, you might think it looks like they're arguing but looking at the lady next to Jail Lo and others it just looks like loud music and Jennifer and in Jail Oh Diddy just look thick as thieves and trying to talk.above the music. It's said Lopez was standing next to Puffay when he shot some night club patron in the face, showing his care for the black community (victim was black lady, Afro American, swears she saw Sean Combs shoot her in the face.
I swear Gloucester had his eyeballs back when I was talking to him down by the boat racks next to aforementioned primary kayak. Next to me now on Red Herring's port side.
