constitutionally, it's legal.... while benji would be a safer option, it's not possible as benji is neither a u.s. citizen, nor was ever born there a natural born citizen............some American citizens born in America, like Saoirse, cannot be president due to having renounced their American citizenship, usually due to tax purposes

anyhoo....can you imagine if Saoirse was president? with her irish accent -- she moved back to Ireland from her land of birth (nyc) at the tender age of three and grew up there in Ireland
