my rotten real estate problem

you cannot believe how pissed off i am...... my real estate is a real loser......... the idea that i could spend a year driving a taxi like a slave for nothing, just to lose it on my real estate, is really annoying me.......

why would i lose it? primarily because of corruption endemic in society here......... our local govt. most likely corruptly signed off on the inspection for a bribe, when they were supposed to inspect the quality of the big building in 2002....... i'm told they turned around and said they 'had a fire' and 'all the records were burnt'

our state and federal govt (the state of nsw is bigger economically and in population to most american states and probably more progressive than many american states too, e.g., mississippi)...... failed us also, most likely because the building industry is so strong and has been lobbying and bribing politicians at state and federal level for years.........therefore despite having some nanny state here for the people, there's no nanny state to protect the building industry, there's only a greedy, dangerous wolf.......... this building industry is so chaotic that in fact it is choking the roads of sydney as they are unable to handle the numbers we are getting here........... i would rather live in brisbane, in fact........... last night, on a friday night, it took me 15 mins to move 200 metres in my car around 6pm in the city......... anyway, when i say our state and federal govt. failed us, i mean they have no checks or oversights to protect against predatory building industry practices (which are very common here), again, possibly because of being in the pockets of building industry types, cannot say

furthermore, the demographic of this area where the crime occurred works against us, if this fraud was attempted in an anglo-saxon area like paddington, in sydney, unclear if it could go forward due to hostility from the media, etc, to screwing over anglo-saxons and white ppl in general, especially rich ones....... however, here in auburn, the media here, and in america and everywhere, is hostile to moslems, so if a building company builds a defective building, has it fraudulently signed off on, and then counter-sues the owners for legal costs after they fail to see their court case against him to completion, that would be a good thing, according to western media, liberal, et al, who are hostile to anything looking like a moslem neighborhood.............. therefore the media cannot help with this predatory situation..... it's worth mentioning that the uber-wealthy moslem media of Qatar like al-Jazeera don't care about the little moslem people either

so it just confirms to me a hard lesson I've learned in this lifetime: that talent and ability mean nothing in this life, and racial oppression and racial injustice is real and crippling.... and coddling up to people is a substitute for competence and ability..... from this crushed and disgruntled position, i will look forward to watching americans piss and moan if/when their economy gets ruined by pelosi and crew

do not, by any means, think that only the building industry is corrupt and can defraud you, i have already learned bitterly, it's a daily lesson for me, in fact, that the media and the universities in the West are hopelessly corrupt: racist, pro-anglo aryan institutions to the point of being Hitlerian. Even many Jews in the West associated with the universities and media can honestly be said to be unwitting nazi sympathizers....... that might seem odd to you but it's no exaggeration......... it's a very bitter lesson to learn
