just went out and bought a pair of 'assassins' running shoes.... very foamy and spongy, great support and bounce - did a 4 mile run in them just great -- also bought a gym ball - that's almost 1 yard diameter inflated ball that you can sit on or do back exercises on, sitting on it now.....

sad how the NFL guys were acting like girls on NFL wrap up... just saying... they had some winning coach from like the cold war, some white guy that coached the bears or some crap to superbowl.... there was nothing good on tv.... anyway, moving on, we were discussing the 'f' note harmonic, you can see in the previous posting that the 'f' note in music has a very definite scientific vibratory frequency, now that band of the electro-magnetic range that we can actually perceive through hearing is very small, but if u increase the vibrations tremendously, you come to a range of vibrations that you can perceive with your eyes, these are still the same kind of vibrations, electro-magnetic, but now, instead of hearing them, you are seeing them, here too there are 'f' notes that are harmonics of the sound 'f' note that has a specific vibratory frequency, in colors, 'f'/fa is expressed as just a little less than strong purple so a kind of violet color moving to lilac color....... this is 'f'

in smells and touch, there would also be an 'f' note harmonic, however at present, only specially trained scientists that prepare perfumes for a living are capable of distinguishing alot of smells, most people cannot distinguish smells professionally, i can guarantee that by finding the vibratory frequency of a smell, there would be a mathematically predictable correlation to it's value from A, B, C thru G..... i have described the characteristics of the 'e' note already on this blog, similar to spain, the country, piscean, saturnian, old, structured.... i would think that the nation France vibrates to the 'f' note..... it's hard to verify this kind of thing and first you need to come to an understanding of these 7 different arquetypes before you can start figuring out which nation vibrates to which note.....
