Covid recovery? Scary moment

Had arranged by email with my boss to get back to work 130pm then woke up 2am Wednesday needing to poop, experiencing abdominal pains. I went inside to crap, through the neverending rain, flooding parts up the coast. Then started experiencing covid shortness of breath for the first time, plus discomfort. Finally started passing stool and it was a struggle to stand up and get myself cleaned up. Then I started fainting and had a blackout moment while standing over the toilet, wherever food in my gut causing diarrhea whatever, kind of hurting down there.

I think I need to crap and pee some more. I went back to bed shaken but feeling comfortable in bed. It has been 90 minutes. Called my employer to let someone know I wouldn't be coming in.

Back on the can crapping out more diarrhea. That was a scary moment like 90 minutes ago here, fricking almost collapsed blacked out with my pants around my ankles and a crappy butt. Short on breath. Haven't fainted like that since I was a lot younger. I mentioned on the blog having occasional blackouts since teenage years or earlier. The last one I remember was in Bulgaria like thirteen or fourteen years ago, kind of just stopped doing that. Smoking wasn't helping.

It was a pretty scary moment a moment ago, I can tell you. I'm feeling a lot better now. Good thing I've been able to empty my intestines. I think to avoid long covid I have to lose all the weight and keep it off. I also think I need to get out of bus driving, it's not a job for sick people.
