Now cops (7 years later!) are doing a full forensic check of the dirt around the property. First it was like this paedo neighbour is guilty, Bill whoever was guilty. Punish the detective for recording a suspect without permission. This is a somewhat bungled case.
The most solid real world tangible eyewitness accounts were of some cars parked nearby and then one or two of those cars driving off with William in the car. All the people who saw these cars need to be put on a deep regression hypnosis by an expert to glean out from their subconscious what they saw.
The profile fits a local person within earshot or word of mouth of some local aware of the foster parents new kids. I doubt the foster parents are involved or did anything wrong.
Doesn't hurt to check the property but since the boy was already seen in eyewitnessed car driving off, also parked across road from property, reason says they'll find nothing. Again, doesn't hurt to try. Try hypnotic regression on eyewitnesses. Common sense.
Cannot see point of alienating foster mom as she is an eyewitness to vehicles involved in kidnapping, same vehicles other eyewitness saw William in after disappearance. Duh. All eyewitnesses should be hypnotized by expert. Most likely kidnappers learned some new kids in town through word if mouth. Probably inbred locals 100 miles away killed him. Sickos. Eyewitness clearly saw a lady sitting next to William and another car riding with. William's foster mom saw the same. That's the only lead, very solid.
Regressive hypnosis works great. Must be done. Get serious.
