Ok, pivoting to Australian politics. Was going to make some kind of south parky jokes about whoopi goldberg and joy behar but might have to come back to that later. Generally would never watch their show, however newsmax and fox news seems to consider them very important for ratings.
Anyway proceeding to Australian politics, there's a pretty big scandal at present which we'll call the 'molotov affair'. We have free speech in Australia and unless you're slandering someone which can lead to expensive legal action, or not making enough sense which can lead to a mental health hold, or annoying someone, which can lead to a punch in the face or being spat on or death threats, you can pretty much say whatever.
With regard to the Molotov affair, which hopefully using such term to describe it wouldn't lead to a mental health hold being placed on me. Ie, a rose by any other name smells the same. We recently had a scandalous case where some woman aged approximately 50 years old brought date rape charges dating back to when she was approximately 17 years old, against a particular gentleman well known in australian politics. It subsequently eventuated that said man was said to be a member of cabinet (around fifteen ppl), and said woman suicided before signing a formal complaint with police (the signing of which would be superfluous in the criminal law).
This is according to my understanding of the law keeping in mind I'm not a lawyer. Curiously, Australia's top lawyer came out and said, 'these accusations are about me! I didn't do it! Now I'll sue some journalists for defamation for saying not that the allegations referred to me, but to a member of cabinet, which could be me or fourteen or so other people. Did I mention I'm taking a few weeks off mental health leave?'
Now having studied at the school of Benji, being the dean of said school, in fact, if I may be permitted such a joke at the risk of being labelled mentally ill and having a mental health hold put on me, let me analyse the top law officer (attorney general's position).
How can he (the attorney general) be sure these allegations weren't referring to someone else? Are his lawyers foregoing the option of claiming temporary insanity at the time of saying the allegations were, in fact, about him, when in fact they potentially weren't, by bringing defamation lawsuits against journalists claiming the allegations were about a sitting cabinet member? The allegations are so flimsy, apparently no medical records prove rape in the ass. No medical records of any sort dating back to the alleged time of incident. Just an accusation. Her accusation? I was so drunk I was with so and so and then I vaguely remember being raped, which is rape in today's language but normal practice in those days. The media said a member of cabinet is accused. Let's say there was someone that screwed her after she was drunk. Let's call that person Molotov instead of alleged person 'a'. Let's say the current attorney general, in the night of the alleged rape, left her alone an hour or so and Molotov snuck in and raped her, so the attorney general is telling the truth after all.
What can we deduce from this, in legal terms? In the criminal law, there's no case to answer for, not for the current attorney general, not for Molotov as it cannot be proved he raped the girl. It cannot even be proved the girl was raped at all. There's not enough evidence in the criminal law to say anything. If some guy called Molotov came out of the woodworks and said, I raped her after her date left her in her room for an hour or so. That'd be different.
Can the attorney general save his reputation and continue his job, or did he get Brett Kavanaghed ? Noone even knows if Brett Kavanagh was able to keep his job, all they know is he was smeared. The chinese word for danger is the same as opportunity they say, maybe the attorney general can turn all the public attention into a plus.
We'll see. Notice I haven't defamed anyone. Except Molotov and he was killed in Mexico or something by the kgb.
Ok let's take questions:
Question 1, I have no diplomatic immunity, neither any special immunities or privileges like parliamentary privilege. My boss tries to gaslight me in order to have power and control over me. How can I stop ten policemen from dragging me to a mental hospital gurney?
Answer, go gay asap. Just say you're gay and love it when ten guys jerk off on you all at once. If you're a woman just say you want as many women as possible to growl you out. You cannot be mentally ill and gay in a meaningful legal way. Everyone will back right off immediately. Ask your boss out on a date if they're same sex. If not tell your boss you're gay and do not want to be harassed for being gay or potentially transgender. It's not even legal to label a transgender as mentally ill as this is a sure sign of perfect mental health. You won't be able to prove your boss or business/life associate is a gaslighter but you'll still dodge a bullet.
Question 2, I'm a christian, the old testament says I can't provide false witness.
Answer: that's what the pharisees would have said too. You'll have to swallow your pride same as Jesus before he got crucified and realize pretending to be transgender is less painful than crucifixion. We live in a less Roman, less brutal world, where effeminate ploys and tactics often go furthest. Sorry.
