THEN realizing election fraud HAS been committed, the  next question is: is it constitutional?

when considering this, considering that I am not an expert on american law but simply a simple ossie spaniard with dual citizenship who absolutely refuses to deal with absurd american burocratic devices like 'working visas' and the like (when i can just come and go as a tourist and then use a non existent social security number to pay tax coupled with a fake resident alien card (not committing any identity theft there), given that those are my legal devices and the constitution allows me to collect and bear arms same as the president and the military, and given that since the eradication of slavery, probably by statute, under Lincoln, and the subsequent socialism brought on by WW2 and FDR and the fact that modern day america probably has a significant 15 million or so illegal aliens more or less on track for citizenship there one day and their major recourse to new blood comes mainly from latin-america and also given Trump's tinkering with immigration rules and procedures, either by executive command or else by act of Congress, really, the question for me becomes:
