formula 1 in texas, TMZ fails to fester and annoy them

you would think the formula 1 grand prix in Texas would be a perfect place for TMZ and papparrazo in general, enabled and empowered by TMZ, to pester and annoy some rich and famous types associated with the Formula 1 grand prix car racing..........but no, why do TMZ hate formula 1 so much? but not enough to pester and annoy them?
