Ok so as mentioned. I did a two week internship at Foxtel when it was at Darling Harbor in 1998 while I was a first year media student at what was considered a prestigious school, UTS, where there were a lot of journalists working part time as lecturers. Also news 'anchors' like Katrina Lee. Unlike a lot of my elite, swatty classmates I had only scored 81.25% in my high school 'o' levels, most kids there scoring over 99%. I graduated high school living on a government supplement of $60 a week after my rent was paid and wasn't making much more than that as a university student although I was able to sacrifice half of my student money in exchange for a loan which I also subsequently paid off. So I was costing the taxpayer extremely little and was able to borrow money from a friend also which I also paid off.
At this point the Anglo-Saxon I dealt with as my boss at Foxtel John Laws show was an ex 60 minutes executive producer (Anita) and like many female Anglo Saxons I had been dealing with an academia, an implacable race enemy. Generations of Kingswood Country TV shows decrying the 'bloody wogs' and generations of British people in Australia pretending aboriginal Australians weren't people and didn't have their own languages, ultimately would offer no protection to Australian citizens, aboriginal, Anglo Saxon or otherwise being targeted by terrorists in NYC in September 2001 and later a year later in Bali, Indonesia. I'm a 'psycho' for stating the obvious fact that Anglo Saxons in Australia stink to high hell of adultery and rot.
Having said all that, it was no surprise Anita from 60 minutes was happy to exploit me then subtly hint at plagiarism then mock me for being a joker after giggling away with her little hen gaggle of lesser Aryan purity working under the mighty Anglo Saxon master race that Anita embodied. Again, that makes me the 'psycho'. Oh and when I was in Richmond VA getting a tour of the biggest navy base in the world from a bird colonel in the US army after 9/11, well he was a psycho too and 'had a bit of an accent ', and all those guys killed in the Pentagon on 9/11 that this Colonel Jim knew, well they were 'psychos' and had a 'bit of an accent' too.
So women in Australian media, Anglo Saxon or Italian or whatever, or in the arts of whatever are born liars and Anglo Aryan supremacists, normally by subconscious conditioning. Not to be trusted. Americans, in general, ARE to be trusted.
These are my biases. When the communist Chinese, scumbags that they are, call out Australians for being rascals and ruffians and the Americans joke that they're criminals, they're speaking the truth.
Again, these are my biases, freely admitted from my personal experience with the deceptive Anglo Saxon woman and her buddies, not to be trusted.
So having said all that about apartheid, looking at 60 minutes news story on the actor John Whoever from Wolf Creek. First of all, what kind of an actor shares a stage with Ted Bullpit and his 'bloody wogs'. Answer from this 'psycho': a dumb English redneck. Who is his accuser? Another dumb English redneck. Why is she enabled to make any accusation of rape she jolly well feels like freely with no repercussions? Because the Law and authorities are dumb English rednecks. Backward ass. That's why they're so embarrassed of their new greaseball wog from housing commission wogball prime minister and his angry lesbian communist Chinese sidekick Penny Wong.
Circus family accused of rape, jailed without a conviction based on a spiteful mother's brainwashing of her sons. Noone thinks to arrest the mother for coaching kids to talk bullshit and put the kids in foster care where they can be safe from her. After saying dean instead of teen so many times just too difficult to think clearly:

Wolf Creek rape story:

Wolf Creek is evil rot BTW, as a movie, I would never watch it, regardless of John's abilities as an actor.
These are the uncomfortable realities.
The circus family story from the Blue mountains. Why is there a global expression called 'kangaroo court'? Because dumb English rednecks made a priority of saying dean instead of teen and being scumbags and exporting it to the world because they're dumb English rednecks. What a pity the greaseball wog on Kingswood Country couldn't tell his father in law what a dumb English redneck he was. That's brainwashing for you.
Trey Parker and Matt Stone gave you Shelly and her turds. I give you, the dumb English redneck.
Peace (and Shelly)....

Another interesting 60 minutes story was on the former DPP (attorney general, district prosecutor) for Perth, western Australia. This event occurred in 2007 and I was completely unaware of it, until now. 60 minutes have not suggested that the person or persons they claim as possible likely suspects were put up to their alleged (by 60 minutes) actions by actual corrupt detectives within WA police. 60 minutes does, however, at the risk of defamation claims against them, that WA police detectives planted evidence in the case. This is 60 minutes Australia unique thinking and we know that eastern seaboard Anglo Saxons from expensive private schools are best, according to 60 minutes Australia, those are their biases.
In other words, the WA police department had a forensic case resting in some part on a seed pod from a plant found in the body bag of the victim. The facts show that the seed pod has unusual amounts of trace elements from the house of the accused killer (the former WA DPP who said he'd had numerous enemies among police and insinuated they may have been malicious in their prosecution). The body was found in a park, 60 minutes Australia suggests a completely different murderer but does not suggest he was hired by anyone as a hitman. The judge in the case has to be brought in from northern territory as nobody wants to contaminate the legal procedure given the accused is very prominent in legal circles and the victim herself was a registrar at the western Australia supreme court. There was no jury and the case was big news in western Australia at the time (2007). The judge is forced to reject as acceptable the seed pod evidence because it appears it has been loaded up with paint and other things from the victim's house, intentionally, as if to plant evidence, whereas it had no trace soil or anything from the actual location where the victim's body was found, days later. Despite the victims nostrils having only pollen from the park she is found in, not from the home. From this we can surmise there was definitely an element of cunning that hasn't been uncovered (regarding the seed pod). 60 minutes Australia is extremely comfortable with accusing various police forces with planting evidence, incompetence, etc, and I have no problem with that except it's always pretty hazy and they don't actually focus in on actual people and names. But that's what you get when you worship Anglo Saxons as the master race. Definitely not Napoleon's ideal in France, that's for sure. Nobody has suggested the accused killer (since found innocent and won a 2.6 million dollar defamation suit) planted the seed pod evidence himself or paid some killers to plant it for him and noone has managed to talk to any of the detectives in the case either from what I can see. Regarding the pollen in the nostrils, I have no knowledge of this science and the relevant expert is clear about her conclusions. I'm just curious how you can go from your home to a park a few miles away and all of a sudden the pollen in your nostril hairs from your home garden is all gone, hasn't become boogers and now your nostril hairs only have pollen from the park. 60 minutes Australia says the nostril swabs were kept by police and not used and only released by subpoena. If some renegade detectives organized the murder or this lawyer's wife or if he just killed her himself, either way I cannot see any conclusivity or the nostril swabs and noone even mentioned if her DNA was on them. Certainly the seed pod appears to demonstrate cunning from someone. The way 60 minutes Australia just blames police corruption and tampering is indicative of their mistrust of police in general and it's unclear to what extent these attitudes are affected by illicit drug use amongst 60 minutes Australia staffers and to what extent it's just Anglo Aryan master race incompetence from them to actual investigate matters in actual depth. Guess you don't need to when you're Hitler's favorite northern European cousins and the Jews are on their side of the fence.
It's unclear why the case isn't being prosecuted apart from the police investigating definitely think the lawyer is guilty of murdering his wife (the most plausible thing for them to think).
Perth former DPP, did he kill his wife? No according to the evidence... And the courts
https://youtu.be/wu7Q-qxa7Ws
Here's another non 60 minutes Australia look at it:
https://youtu.be/zipu4kL29Dc
I totally understand why police suspect this guy. Consider that nobody would know better than police and lawyers how to stage murders and I have heard a lawyer tell me openly about the feasibility of just killing people when I was a taxi driver. Unquestionably some cops and lawyers will have homicidal ideation about their wives and this might include actual mulling over plans. There was an interesting case of a Queensland cop killing his wife in their backyard staging a fall and the (dopey know nothing little bubbly girl from the) media came and reported how distraught he was and cutaway to an image of him after he'd murdered his wife looking a little cringe-y and not at all distraught. He still had an understandable look to him as he might have been innocent and feared suspicion, he had that kind of look but definitely not a distraught look. Interestingly the Fire Brigade are expected to understand the fine nuances in various forms of facial expressions and grimaces and the like in their testing criteria but between all the adultery and LSD and cocaine and marijuana and Anglo Saxon master race people and they uncle Toms there, who knows what shit they try to peddle to you.
What immediately raises red flags and suspicions are:
1) why was this car not seen for a week after the disappearance of the victim?
2) how did it get an oil leak that conveniently lead police to the body?
The unlikelihood of these two things would make even a casual investigator like me consider this is all staged. The killer hides the car under a tarp for a week, loosens the oil filter or something, smashes the car, parks it at night. It's unclear if police were actually looking at the husband as the killer before the body was found or if only after the body was found.
60 minutes Australia argues that a specific person or specific two people, carjacked the victim's car, hit a bollard then drove off. But why then wasn't the car seen for a week if it wasn't covered with a tarp somewhere or hidden somewhere else and later moved at night? Also, I have seen numerous car accidents but never seen an oil trail that lead to a dead body before. Recently I almost did irreparable and severe damage to my wife's SUV which originally was my car and the only car I ever bought brand new, by not inserting the o ring in the oil filter correctly when I changed the oil filter. A leak ensued which is always aggravated by the engine pressure, once there is a leak. In my case it was completely innocent and not part of some plot, but you would think, if the car had been involved in an accident with a leaky o ring like that, the forensic car investigation people would be looking over that kind of thing with a fine toothed comb. It definitely suggests staging a crime. And if the police investigation doesn't clearly explain that oil leak then it suggests incompetence. Although for 60 minutes Australia with their biases it would suggest police manipulation perhaps. I have never heard of a car leaking oil because of hitting a bollard. I was once pulled over by Federal Police at Sydney airport for sliding sideways (I did that for fun), a little too quickly in my taxi cab (bald communist Chinese tires and a little wholesome skid), on the feeder lane at the airport. There was no passenger in the car and I wasn't doing more than 45 or 50 or 55 kph I suppose and the Federal Police didn't see any harm and even complimented me on my driving skills. I suppose with 60 minutes Australia sensational and radical bents on airtime and commercial ratings I guess they could have been the actions of a dangerous terrorist murderer or something. I suppose you could even get that cringey redneck guy that announces tv shows on cringey commercial Australian tv shows for the cringey group brainwashing with the cringey goal of 'not having a bit of an accent I suppose' to say I was a runaway car thief wreaking havoc at the airport in his cringey fake voice. The truth is whoever got in my cab after that definitely wouldn't have smelt burned rubber and likely had their annoying phone call blocked by my phone jammer radar (you know my pesky God given inalienable right to peaceful assembly with yo' dumb ass and all, so arrogant, bit of an accent and all y'all. And might have been a victim of communist Chinese manipulation of their taxi fare at a time when Australia's universities, lead by UTS were becoming pauns for the Chinese military and security forces.
But yeah, never heard of an oil leak leading cops to a cadaver. I think the defence guy from Scotland Yard said it was from hitting a bollard. Again, I don't know. Another time I drove my taxi cab into Darling Harbor where I perfectly knew well I was not allowed to drive into, in a pedestrian area, not many folks around, late at night, and just got scooted on by security, no oil leaks conveniently leading to a corpse of my girlfriend after noone saw my car for a week. That oil trail should have been forensically investigated at the first instance but unclear it has been.
Noone explained how the woman was killed. Or if they have, I'm unaware of it. All I know so far is I have a rock tight alibi and have never been to Western Australia state.
With regards to Lloyd, if he did actually carry out this murder himself, without a hitman, as police long suspected, this is how he could have flawlessly pulled it off while making it look impossible he did it, it does seem unlikely:
a) feed his youngest daughter and perfect alibi a sleeping pill to leave a murder window open between 930pm and 10pm. Assuming he would know when his eldest (or the two daughters) would be arriving home. Potentially a bigger window if he slipped his youngest daughter a sleeping pill. Using a car cover (available at Aldi for $30 and some knockout spirits, not sure what they're called but I'm sure I would if I was a criminal defence lawyer) he can knock his Mrs out in the driver's seat, move her to the passenger seat, drive her to the kill location where her body was found, kill her around the neck and head however she was killed, with a plastic bag and some wet wipes, tidy up and drive the car somewhere else and put a tarp on it. Quickly walk home. Be home to receive his eldest daughter and casually invite her friend's mother in for a drink or whatever, which she declined. Potentially slip his eldest daughter a sleeping pill or just wait for her to sleep. Drive tarp car back to kill location, bury the body (police investigation estimate this grave could have been dug in an hour). Drive wife's tarp car somewhere else, hide it there in tarp for a few days. Dispose of kill bag containing wet wipes, cloth with knockout spirits, whatever they're called, ammonium nitrate or whatever, dispose of murder weapon. Return home and go to sleep, act natural. Return to hidden by tarp car a few days after phoning in missing person report to cops, stage bollard crash at murder/grave scene, plant seed pod with dodgy looking evidence from the house making it look like police planted evidence, find a way to make transmission fluid leak everywhere as per the plan, leave car in subiaco at night time, wait for member of public to phone it in. Alternatively use fake plates covering actual license plates and let car sit in public until slipping away to remove fake plates one night.
This is the only way Lloyd can pull this murder off and make himself look innocent. The fact that he's babysitting the youngest daughter til she sleeps around 930pm and is home at 10pm to receive the oldest daughter leads any investigator to think he would have killed her at the house but there was no forensic evidence to show this. Being a criminal defence lawyer, Lloyd would know how to evade detection by forensic investigators but alternatively he has little time to take care of his Mrs in half an hour although this works for him and he might say he went out for a walk if the eldest daughter gets home before him from her night out. He might have used random bicycles to move around quicker. If anyone can stage a murder it's a defence lawyer.
The police in WA never gave up on seeing Lloyd as guilty and if you follow the 60 minutes Australia version of events it's like they're trying to keep a G rating for the advertisers. Investigators would have known Lloyd was a dodgy lawyer into perjury and dodgy shit. His wife called him a snake and had engaged lawyers to divorce him. He was an adulterer by the looks of it. So it's normal the WA police suspect him however their investigation of the front yard and driveway showed up so clean, if Lloyd is guilty he either got a hitman involved or killed the Mrs off the yard. I mean I guess he could have set up some sheets and a trolley and a disposal box somewhere for all his gizmos. Ultimately the forensic investigation never turned up anything incriminating in the front yard even with ninja drop sheets and trolleys and master ninja assassin techniques plus Lloyd isn't scratched or roughed up, messy or anything and he's not real strong. The investigation has to look at the two other suspects (cousins to each other) and did Lloyd contract them as hitmen. I agree Lloyd looks very dodgy here and Tara Brown looks silly. Tara Brown and 60 minutes Australia dismissed the charges of wiretapping his wife made against Lloyd as police harassment but actually Lloyd appears to have definitely been wiretapping his wife. Lloyd has been disbarred after being readmitted to the bar so actually disbarred twice! Even if Lloyd won a 2.6 million dollar case, his reputation is shit. All he can hope for is selling a book. Looks like Australia is so full of dodgy people reputation doesn't matter much.
I heard there's some really dirty sex club hidden away next to the Lone Pines or whatever in Surry hills near Foveaux street and folks just go there for casual group sex in the city. Apparently if the story is true, one lawyer brought his mistress or wife in there to be screwed by like four different guys while he held her hand. That's the Australia I know: rotten and putrid. Not Tara Brown's Perth lawyer story Australia. I agree with Brown on the circus sex Blue mountains story but I haven't investigated more. The Perth lawyer story is extremely interesting.
So looking again at that last documentary posted (there's only that and the fluff piece by 60 minutes Australia as noone has really investigated this story much, amongst journalists), we find that in-between the day when the body was likely buried, the day of the killing, and when the body was found as a result of the leaky transmission fluid and the finding of the car, we find that a name-card belonging to the chief suspect was found by hikers in the area. It was realized by the public and investigators that the name-card was from a party the chief suspect attended whereupon he went in his own car. It does appear to be very incriminating as it was apparently found by regular folks walking around and was found before the dead body had been found, not far from the burial site and even suggests that the husband used his own car to bury the body.
The broken bollard and leaky transmission definitely seems to be from the wife's car and parked outside some prominent lawyers' houses however it's unclear how long it was parked there and it's possible it was placed there later. Investigators definitely would need to investigate that, talk to the park rangers who manage the bollards, etc. I was doing that kind of investigation research background work for the 60 minutes Australia executive producer I interned for in 1998 but she was so high and mighty and didn't need a greaseball doing anything her own niece or someone else could do so that's typical nepotism Australia for you, nobody is especially competent and everyone acts very entitled. If you were a lawyer studying this case you would want to look at those magical movements of the victim's magical disappearing car. Also nothing has been said about the house's garage. Unlike my parent's garage, which could be accessed by a motorbike or the like (definitely not by a car), this guilty looking lawyer's garage looks like a great place for him to whack his Mrs on a drop sheet then stick her in the car in the garage, five minutes job max. He could have done it with his own car and just moved her car wherever before the second kid comes back.
**** Moments later ****
Well I just finished reading the judge's abridged comments about that, Martin Brian I think his name is, from northern territory. I think he singled out policewoman Ms Rogers for mishandling the seed pod evidence. He actually thinks two seed pods found in the victim's hair supposedly, were from the house and that the victim made it back to the house. Certainly there was a cigarette butt from a different suspect on the verge outside where the Judge himself professes to believe the attack on the victim occurred. This suspect I mentioned also lived in the area apparently and placed a phone call on a very nearby payphone (why would he attack her outside her home like that if someone didn't put him up to it apart from attempted sexual assault, the victim likely would have appeared attractive to him, why is his cigarette butt on the verge where the Judge said he thinks the victim was attacked????) The Judge does not believe it's likely that the actual accused buried the victim overnight then went to work the next day:
If, throughout the night of 7 August 2007, the accused had engaged in the dreadful and exhausting course of behaviour which the State attributes to him, it is highly improbable that he would not have exhibited some sign, however slight, of the effects of the night's arduous and traumatic events.
I'll just clarify here that both the victim and the accused appear by various accounts to both have been involved in adultery with folks outside of the marriage and mutually exclusive to each other, ie no swinging together or the like. The couple were hostile to each other by all the evidence. The judge refers to the husband as 'ethical' (??????) and career focused (maybe they have better XXXX in the Northern Territory, right?). The accused definitely had motive as his wife was continually harassing to damage his professional reputation, the accused even complained to a victim (Clare O'Brien I think it was) about this, shortly before her death. This is one of the only witnesses to see the accused distraught. (The police also harassed this lady unnecessarily). When considering money spent vs money taken (2.6 million won in damages to his reputation), money spent on lawyers, I imagine the accused was two million dollars out of pocket even if 60 minutes Australia paid him something for their search for ratings and publicity (and blonde hair). He only had to stop practicing law recently like last year, for perjury. He definitely lied about his name-card inexplicably being at the crime scene which the judge noticed too but couldn't find him guilty based on that.
This case proves that police manipulation is actually detrimental to the course of justice and a perversion of the course of justice. The judge admits the finding of the dinner name-card near the burial crime scene before the discovery of the corpse. This evidence is very incriminating but ultimately inconclusive. Between what the police can plant and what the accused can plant, what stands out are:
Where was that car in the seven days from when it was involved in transporting the body (according to the Judge) and when it was found in subiaco? I call that the hidden under a tarp phase, inexplicable. CCTV footage of a bridge the accused would have used to get home from the car was not available, not working. What kind of police surveillance was he under immediately his partner was reported missing and he became a suspect?
If police in NSW, who also ran the DPP case against the accused, found a map of the Perth supreme court, where the victim worked, amongst the personal effects of one of the suspects (a serial criminal, dangerous sex offender), why was he still holding onto it and where did he get it from? Is there any possibility of a link between this guy and the accused or this guy and a senior police agent in Perth that the accused was actively investigating for misconduct himself.
Curiously, the victim's name is Da Silva, maiden name, which is coincidentally the name of a character in a story I'm currently writing on the may 26 blog post about Meissner technique. I recently received in the mail two metallic straws and a pipe cleaner addressed to my deceased brother by the Accountants mob of Australia. Also interesting as I mentioned metallic chopsticks in aforementioned story prior to receiving these items in the last two days or so. I also note I broadcast this private mailbox address on air in Texas and the united states on the Chris Salcedo show and do not appear to have received any mail from any Americans.
With regards to judge Martin saying the accused had back pain and couldn't dig a grave and lift his wife, I say poppycock. Where is the evidence to prove that? I agree the judge cannot find him guilty on the evidence provided.
No offense to Tara Brown but I think it's fair to say she's a dope, if you look at the interview with the accused former DPP of Perth who police strongly suspect of having killed his wife:
https://youtu.be/lG-_bMbyb0s
Keeping in mind his own wife referred to him as a snake, was happily separated from him, had accused him to her friends and family of multiple infidelities (sex with other women). His wife's family were firmly with police hoping he would get convicted and believing he was guilty. His wife referred to him as a snake who was widely respected, it was intolerable.
And here he is, having installed a bugging device at a time in technology when they were very cumbersome, acting like he wasn't feeling guilty about her passing, feeling guilty for being glad she was gone. Instead he's acting like he didn't kill her and doesn't know who did. I mean at the very least I think he would have been glad to be rid of his wife given their shitty relationship.
So 60 minutes Australia gets the pollen swab expert saying the victim had to die at the park near the grave not the house as the WA State prosecutors argued so the scientist lady assumes the accused must be innocent and 60 minutes Australia plays their emotive synthesiser music and tells their story like their people were never on acid. But from my perspective, yes the WA POLICE couldn't bring a conclusive case and bungled the investigation inasmuch as they tried to achieve forced outcomes. However everyone is contradicting everyone as the judge believes she was attacked at home. Perhaps Lloyd hit her super hard in the garage and put her in the car somewhere nearby making it look like a carjacking abandonment and went back later to bury her alive. Or maybe Lloyd or one of his enemy's paid the other two suspects.
It's somewhat mysterious. Tara Brown is alleging that one of the two cousin suspects was selling drugs from the same carpark as the bootscooting community center and would have eyeballed his prey there. She is alleging he himself mentioned to police at a traffic stop afterwards the victim was carjacked. Perhaps he contacted his no good cousin in the area after potentially raping the woman and ascertaining her address and sent him to case the house for a potential robbery, since he must have had her house keys and address at this point.
I mean the wolf creek actor guy and this high flying lawyer guy both seem to act like adultery is no big deal so that tells me they're both no good liars and full of crap. They both only seem to care only about their reputations and their careers and themselves. Maybe both are innocent of rape and murder respectively and maybe one or both are guilty. My understanding is that in the immaterial realm, when our earthly coil is shook off, are lies and deceptions and indiscretions are revealed and we are judged accurately and flawlessly down to our individual innermost thoughts at the time to the tiniest details and nothing escapes review. Lloyd is a deceptive guy but his wife was also likely engaged in adultery, same as the wolf creek actor's wife, I would say. Adulterers are just creeping around everywhere making life deceptive for Australians everyday. I'm not claiming to be a choirboy, but I don't think you have to put adultery as a separate aside like it's nothing. We don't know if Lloyd was molesting his daughters either. We do know he complained to a female colleague (Clare O'Brien) before she died that his wife was accusing him of sleeping in his daughters' beds and that was stressful for him so clearly he's not the cleancut guy he's trying to act like.
If one cousin carjacked her outside the community hall as Tara Brown alleges and calls the cousin to case the nearby house for a potential robbery as I suggest in conjunction with Tar Rub Round's [sic] suggestion (yes it is like playing Cleudo and hangman with my daughter Scarlet and yes I did make a hangman puzzle challenging her last night describing a 'philosophy' 7 letters then 2 letters then 5 letters*). Well investigators need to see who this cousin that left the cigarette butt on the verge was calling from the nearby pay phone. Not just defence lawyers and police but hardened criminals have an awareness of police procedure with regards to gathering evidence. Perhaps one cousin at the house having left the cigarette butt decided there was no safe robbery option there and the judge Martin Brian was wrong to assume the victim was attacked there at all but never got out of her car after getting in until the grave site where she was still alive, according to the pollen expert.
Perhaps the cousin was in the vicinity of the house by mere chance as he lived nearby and carelessly dropped his cigarette butt there a week before the attack. Certainly the victim's family do not want to expose their sister is a deceiptful adulteress but that's what she really was! I know I didn't want to accept that reality about my own sister but two decades after her death by suicide, I believe it was a suicide, I have no option but to accept the unpleasant reality. She's not helping me babysit my kids, right? Too selfish too wicked! Perhaps after one cousin carjacked the victim he actually drove to the other cousin's house with the victim in the back seat of her own car, to get help raping and burying her, get a shovel (someone had to get a shovel). Maybe the magical pixies dropped the name-card near the burial site and the cousin's cigarette butt near the verge outside the house and maybe Lloyd paid one of them to act. Who knows? These are the things that have to be looked at. Both remaining suspects should be deposed at the first instance, or otherwise placed under investigation. The problem with this case is because of the victim and accused's standing in the legal community, there appears to be a gap in jurisdiction, such as when Lloyd goes to Bermuda to be the prosecutor over there. Maybe Lloyd planted a cigarette butt near the crime scene. This is why it's not good for law enforcement to try to dictate outcomes. This is a major problem in America and the root cause of the BLM movement and defund the police movement as the Vice president there would say. By gap in jurisdiction: they're getting a trial judge from the northern territory and the NSW district prosecutor to prosecute aspects of the case, again due to the ensconced nature of both the accused and victim. These guys are in a toxic marriage, no doubt, there's a lot of it going around.
I've already stated my experience with 60 minutes Australia executive producer and academia that they are deceiptful and/or ridiculously hypocritical and lacking in seriousness, character and integrity and greedy for money, the former from advertisers and the latter from communist China** so it's no wonder they make Lloyd look like the great guy he himself wanted to show the world. The facts show Lloyd was an adulterer and a liar and a plotter.
The Samantha Melanie (not Martinez) YouTube video is full of nuggets of information.
https://youtu.be/zipu4kL29Dc
Why did Lloyd have to spend an hour or two digging a hole that night? What if he dug it a few days or weeks beforehand? I haven't seen inside the garage but anyway it was certainly dark outside at 930pm. Run a drop sheet, hit your wife from behind, bundle her into the backseat of the car, even judge Martin Brian thinks this happened at the house (because he accepts two seed pods found in her hair were from the driveway.) Burying her wouldn't be difficult if the hole was already dug so I don't accept the judge's argument pasted above about the unlikeliness of Lloyd being very active that night. It appears the bollard bashing with the underside of the car and the transmission fluid leak were unplanned and just a goof. If Lloyd did it then he could have walked him with a packet of wet wipes and tidied up, disposing of them down stormwater drains. The police were methodical in checking the driveway for heavy weight like a body rubbing against moss there and found nothing. The driveway was clear but apparently had a cigarette butt from a different suspect.
