As of sun up tomorrow it's like we're not supposed to eat. The first two or three days will be upsetting as my stomach shrinks. I'm expecting to lose around 16 pounds or more by may 12. Also I find it extremely difficult not to drink so I'll probably just drink coffee and water even though that's not 100% some nights I've tried breaking fast an hour early. Good thing it's wintertime down here, early sunset. It's going to be hungersome but good for my blood pressure and spirituality as long as I don't get angry out of frustration and hunger.
I remember one time my sister Raquel tried quitting smoking and a diet while having her period too, very cranky. Ridiculous.
My alarm clock's set for a little pre sunrise breakfast, normally never do that so it's really only a four hour eating window from 6pm-10pm normally with a shrunken stomach that can't fit much and burning plentiful body fat all day.... Time to get into character, yer fargen shluts
