Ok so the intermittent fasting regime I'm following apparently requires no liquids consumption either but after years of using it, I still can't pull this off well.
So today I ate a banana and a small tub of yoghurt before the sun rose around 530am after leaving newsmax running all night on my phone and waking up to it around 5am. Had that breakfast then slept til 8 something.
Then from eating at 530am did not eat again til 615pm. Despite being a total fatty (easy twenty pounds overweight). Being a big guy, six two with wide shoulders, it doesn't really bother me carrying ten kilos around although by the time this diet is over they'll be gone and the sad thing is I'll want to go blimp again like Homer Simpson. I am Homer Simpson. Comfort eating everyday.
Well not today, I did have three coffees with honey and milk and one or two cups of water but I was still super hungry and rumbling all day.
Spent the day with the three kids at home all day, playing monopoly and chilling. Didn't get angry out of hungry frustration.
Did not salivate like a dog while preparing dinner: salad with tuna. Toasted bread with two kinds of melted cheese, yellow and fetta. A little pasta. KFC potato and gravy and some kind of Turkish rissole, can't remember what they call that.
A lot of lemon and raw garlic, the latter in the Chinese style chewing chunks off raw while eating other food. Zero sugary food.
Then had a few hours break from eating after a 615pm-635pm dinner that wasn't that big as my stomach had shrunk. Around, 9pm had a sugary bomb: chocolate custard, like eight tablespoons, dangerously delicious, burns an inter dimensional desire glob into your stomach craving more more more more sugar, that was my main sugar hit all day. Following that 9pm supper, hot dog roll with one fried egg, alfalfa, cheese, butter, fried mushrooms. That's all I need until 620pm tomorrow, technically it's not completely sundown til 630pm. No point waking up early for breakfast tomorrow, will just keep cheating with my coffee with milk and honey all day (maybe three in total) and wait for the pounds to melt.
One time I fasted three days straight, 72 hours nothing but water. In those days I was probably smoking during my fast although maybe I wasn't actually. Also I was slim so I had little body fat to burn and was probably burning muscle. You really feel your stomach shrinking and you definitely enter a spiritual platform. My classmates were sure I'd been very ill with flu and I didn't want to explain I'd voluntarily fasted three days straight so whatever. Super skinny after that. Mistake at the point of ending that fast was not using dates or dried fruit or fruit. Actually used bread and mayonnaise and it really hurt my stomach. Should have tried biting an apple. Where was Eve?
