gym week 47, one month break, 5km

just running at gym, my favorite radio host has or is passing through transition, shaken off his mortal coil. He will spend a period in the non physical spiritual world then reincarnate again as a baby as per the Law. Hopefully he wasn't murdered. I'll miss ruffling his feathers on the phone which was great sport, although I think I only managed it once. noone to talk to now on American radio!


can't wait! Have to do my six hour monotonous bus ride today then it's two weeks off! Off to Adelaide and Darwin by train with my kid Alex leaving Wednesday. That's total of three nights on the train plus six days and nights in the cities, three in each. Can't wait!
