matthews raises the issue of abortion and the notion of an attempt in virginia (sometimes blue sometimes red state) for government law to discourage women from aborting when turning up for an abortion, e.g., by watching a video, etc........... matthews asks rodgers if she's for or against this......... rodgers doesn't want to answer, she side-steps
