meaning of 'meapilas'

after seeing dave letterman recently talking about some movie which actually looked interesting (but not creepy) as 'creepy'.... the spanish word 'meapilas' came to mind........... then seakrest came on the radio and again the word 'meapilas' came to mind

cannot recall looking the word up until now and the translation is given as 'goody goody' or 'goody two shoes'......... so it's a little different to 'gilipollas'...........

anyway, both letterman and seakrest are both unlikely to give up their lot and go to kenya to become lumberjacks, so neither of them will really evolve much, but still, an interesting challenge for both of them would probably be to try to be less meapilas to the other one.... that's something they could genuinely work on
