Statement  by  Benjamin  Alvarez  in  support  of  Heili  Tang (Hayley).

 

To whom it may concern:

 

My name is Benjamin Alvarez, I was the (only) brother of the late Jose Alvarez Junior who passed away on February 24, 2017 (age 48).  Prior to my brother’s passing away, I had noticed he had gotten involved in a romantic relationship with a partner for the first time in his life. I first noticed this around 2014 when Ms. Tang was visiting my (45 year old) brother (from mainland China). My brother resided in western Sydney the entirety of his life (apart from a few brief holidays). At the time (approx. 2014) I did not make Ms Tang’s acquaintance nor talk to my brother as we were not on speaking terms (at this time, from around 2014 to early 2017). However, immediately before Ms Tang relocated to Australia with her two teenage boys, to take up her residence with my brother (in early 2017), somehow my brother and I ended up mending fences and got back on speaking terms. This was shortly before he suicided in late February, 2017. I would not overly doubt (knowing my brother as I do) he was already considering suiciding while at the same time supporting Ms Tang in her endeavour to migrate to Australia permanently with her two sons, dangling the hope of marriage and a kind of bestowing of title of permanent residency to her by virtue thereof, something she has had her heart set on the entire time.

I know for a fact and have documentation to prove that my brother helped Hayley complete her visa application paperwork and that she was requested by the relevant Australian government department to carry out some genetic tests on her two sons to prove they are both her genetic issue. I also know that my brother was as helpful as could be to bring Hayley and her two sons out to Australia. I also affirm he was relatively unemployed at the time (part time employed), had next to no savings, was dependent on his mother or Hayley for material advancement. Hayley has been paying her own bills for visas and lawyers and the like and has received next to no money, or no money from my brother while he was alive. My brother was working in a part-time, unpaid way, for the Labor Party (national political party) at the time of his passing and the memorial service we held for him was attended by sitting federal parliamentarian, Ed Husic, who could also be contacted for more details or witness as to the veracity of my statements.

Since my brother passed away, Hayley has been supported by various members of my brother’s church, mostly in a moral, emotional way, although she has also received some limited financial support also. In the main, she has been funding her own expenses through support she receives from back home in mainland China.  

It is clear to me, that unlike some immigrants from mainland China I have met that have absolutely no interest in staying in Australia but wish to return to China due to the life and opportunities available to them there (i.e., very wealthy young university students), that Hayley perhaps, really does wish to stay in Australia with a permanent residency status and avoid paying continual lump sums out to unscrupulous immigration lawyers (and ethical ones) and the department of immigration (expensive!).

Prior to this statement, I did sign off on one letter for the Minister for Immigration, at the time, Peter Dutton. However I heard nothing back from the Department about it nor Mr Dutton. I am not overly fond of left wing politics like Ed Husic’s (aforementioned). But neither do I approve of various aspects of Australia’s immigration system, like bleeding money out of people like Hayley (excessively) and spending millions and billions of lucrative contracts for private security companies  (crony politics) to run basically empty detention camps. I consider this to be a sign of backwardness, however it is not within the scope of this statement to enter into political discussions.

From what I understand about Hayley, given I have not paid a private investigator to follow her around all day, she is a hard working woman and very intrepid, taking care of her two teenage boys and pursuing their education in the English language in Australia, while busily working hard and advancing herself in the English language. She does not seem to be a leaner, but a lifter, to use a popular expression. I think if given the opportunity she could make a worthwhile contribution to Australian society in terms of dutifully paying taxes and staying on the right side of the law. I would say the same for her two sons also, should they wish to stay in Australia long term.

I understand from her she recently feels like she has been jilted out of eight thousand dollars by an unscrupulous immigration lawyer and that she is unlikely to understand her rights to have such a lawyer reported to the relevant legal overseer for this kind of problem. If your agency can provide me with those details I would be happy to pursue that matter on her behalf. Similarly I am happy to act as her advocate and adviser and I encourage your agency or any other that may deal with her matters to keep me informed (in the loop) by emailing me at: Benjamin.alvarez81@gmail.com so that I can act on her behalf.

I state:                                     I have included as part of my statement a copy of death certificates of my sister, father, and brother

                                                from 1999, 2008 and 2017, respectively. I affirm I am a professional full time driver by trade and have been

                                                since 2009, in the city of (greater metropolitan) Sydney. My safety record as a professional driver of a taxi cab,

                                                point to point vehicle and as a city bus driver since 2009 has been flawless in terms of human safety. I take

                                                safety very seriously. Similarly my dealings with the various NSW Courts, even during (an extremely) difficult

period after my sister’s passing, have been smooth. I respect authority and the Law. I note that after a traffic

offence a few years ago involving a relatively innocuous infringement of parking within ten metres of a corner or

bend in a road accompanied by a change in street name, that I was taken to task by a Local Court Magistrate for

not having read the book of traffic rules and being aware of the applicable parking rule. I had been requested to

pay a large amount of money for a relatively minor infraction.

I acknowledge the first Australians whose history and genetics date back thousands of years. This is not just a

meaningless platitude but now bears real meaning for me until I die, after the passing of my mother around

sixT*een months ago. Whereupon I shared her passing and ‘wake’ with her best friend, an Aboriginal elder, and

said Elder’s close family. An affair pregnant with realism for me. I acknowledge subsequent generations of

Australians (from prior) to the 1971 change to immigration laws, (that allowed southern Europeans to migrate to

Australia). I acknowledge my family on both sides is Aboriginal to Spain, so far as we know, dating back many

generations. I acknowledge my birth and financially/culturally poor upbringing in Australia, I do not represent,

nor am answerable for socio-economic areas in Australia with low education rates, my parents were both

university graduates. I regret that subsequent generations of Australians born or migrated to Australia after

myself, perhaps from countries lacking in a realistic rule of law, for example, communist china, may study Law in

Australia and be admitted to the bar by the relevant legal authorities in Australia, and then freely commit perjury

(I have actually noted first hand talking to said lawyers of this description) on a weekly basis in New South Wales

Courts, while acting as practicing lawyers, admitted to the bar, as if it were a trifling matter. I acknowledge as

unfortunate that to white Australians (from Queensland State prior to the 1971 changes in Federal Immigration

Law) I may appear to be culturally and racially and intellectually inferior to them by virtue of my name or race or

seeming nationality (a ‘greaseball wog’ as it were.) I value dignity and truthfulness and the rule of Law. I

acknowledge the humanity of Australian magistrates purely because one of my friends or acquaintances (an

elderly American woman, Sam) over the years was a personal secretary to many very high level judges in

Australia; on the strength of her (unrequested by me) representations about them. Otherwise I would just

consider them in their Office, not as regular citizens. I affirm that I do NOT hold the Court or your Honor** in

contempt by any means.

 I argue:                                   Your Honor, I freely confess to being ignorant of the Law with regard to the intricacies of taking

                                                photographs of other people when they are not expecting it. I will not pretend to be a fully educated

                                                student of the Law in this regard. However as a relatively ignorant citizen, in this regard, it appears to

                                                me to be a slippery slope and a thorny matter to take close up photographs around people’s chests and

                                                crotches while driving. People expect a certain level of privacy when operating their vehicles. Notwithstanding

                                                any safety issues. I do not understand how this practice is actually lawful (taking close up photos around people’s

                                                crotches and chest area while they are in a private, guarded space). I do not pretend to not understand the

                                                motivations or need for safety practiced by the regulating authorities, I respectfully refer Your Honor to my

flawless safety record as a public passenger vehicle driver over ten years in length in this regard.

I already had a working cell**-phone cradle in my vehicle at the time of the matter referred to. Subsequent to

 this matter being made aware to me, I went to Officeworks and bought and installed an even better cell**-

phone cradle for said vehicle. Like my late mother, I am fond of licorice, and, perhaps unlike her, I was fond of

eating while I drive (still am, when operating a vehicle in a non public passenger vehicle facility). I was not aware I

was committing any offense when eating licorice and chocolate candy** and the like, while operating my motor

vehicle in a non-public passenger vehicle facility (as was the case when this photograph was taken). I am glad

no photograph was taken of me scratching or adjusting myself in a way which would lead to embarrassment

or potential legal liability to any government agent (including myself). I have a navigator which does not function

as a cell**-phone and I also have a dongle and hand-held Bluetooth radio device which do not function as cell**-

phones. Again, I was not aware that one is not allowed to adjust these devices given they are not actual cell**-

phones. I also have a built in car stereo in my Toyota Hilux that allows me to make phone calls using the touch

screen without actually touching the phone as it is all connected by Bluetooth. With all the deaths in my family,

including my mother’s referred to above, and the subsequent messes that have fallen to me to clean up or

shocks and unintended consequences that have fallen to me to take care of, which are still ongoing, and can

consist of large renovations (and removal of clutter, etc) in a physical sense, involving much driving and carting

things around in my utility vehicle, I am still mindful of public safety and my safety/driving record shows that.

Your Honor I find this case against me to be very flimsy, if a close up could be produced to show some kind of

hanging (or drooping) such as may occur when consuming licorice, I believe it would just constitute an invasion

of privacy anyway,  possibly photographing me scratching or adjusting myself in a way which would lead to

embarrassment or potential legal liability to any government agent (including myself).

I await Your Honor’s best advice. Thank you.

Dear Mrs Alvarez,

 

By way of introduction, I'm an acquaintance of your husband Benjamin. He and I studied at St Mary's Senior High School many moons ago. 
He contacted me last year after the passing of his beloved mother to help him manage his relationship with his sister Trish. At the 
time he was extremely upset as he had been left with a mountain of work to take care of (settling his mother's Estate) and was 
emotionally upset about the particular circumstances of his mother's passing (which was especially exacerbated by her mental health issues).
On top of this, he was not happy about having to deal with his sister, with all the stress he was under, so he reached out to me for help. He also
felt extremely unsupported by you and his friends and acquaintances and subsequently had to engage in long hours of counselling for his own wellbeing. I was able to help him with dealing with his sister Trish by liasing with her directly and then establishing a representative chosen by her to deal with me about settling their family Estate. I also was able to recommend a good local lawyer that was able to help Benjamin organize the settlement of his mother's Estate.

 

In truth, I don't know Benjamin especially well, I suppose. We caught up a few times over the years, once in Newcastle the year after he 
left St Mary's Senior High School to study there and later in California when he was living in Los Angeles, and one or two other occasions as 
well. It has been an interesting relationship. Benjamin says you're a Bulgarian and he's been married to you for approximately fourteen years and he feels like he is incapable of making the marriage work and it has always been a struggle. He states that you feel the same way and both of
you would reach a definitive property settlement if possible but it is likely neither of you can afford it as you both feel it would
impoverish both of you and your children. Specifically he states that you both have around a million dollars in equity in your family home
and that a drawn out Family Court case could cost both of you as much as a hundred thousand dollars each (or more) in lawyers' expenses.
Benjamin is of the opinion that you are already receiving poor legal advice intended to draw money away from your children's inheritance for the
sake of enriching potentially unscrupulous lawyers. Benjamin is interested in achieving a settlement without recurring to expensive lawyers and
is perfectly willing to file motions with the relevant Court himself, without a lawyer, using advice from acquaintances like myself who have 
formal legal training. The filing fees for divorce are not especially expensive, if done without the help of a fully paid lawyer. It is my opinion
that Benjamin can trace back your separation to a year ago or more already given your refusal to socialize with him on an equal footing or 
treat him in a reasonable and respectful way with regard to social standing as a couple. Benjamin has indicated he will no longer be willing
to attend social events around your children if you are in attendance, as a matter of principle, due to your caustic and spiteful verbal attacks
which are detrimental to his wellbeing and which he seeks counsel for. It would not be out of the question to bring a civil suit against you
for damages caused to Benjamin's psychologocical well being by your continued spiteful verbal assaults which I have documented. With regard to 
consent orders, Benjamin is under advice he can legally proceed immediately with this, either through a lawyer I have recommended to him or himself directly to the court paying the nominal filing fee. Benjamin states that it is unlikely you can secure enough credit from a bank to pay him
out a forty percent settlement for the family house, but states he will be happy to sign the house over to you if you can pay him out that
amount. He states that you had a former employer, a Taiwanese fellow, who was able to secure you large amounts of money through his own
personal finances or low cost Taiwanese bank loans or the like, and that it is likely the only way you'd be able to produce the funds to 
pay him out for his share of the family house. He states that failing this or some other benefactor, there is zero chance you can secure
enough money from a bank loan and it's even unlikely your bank would continue your current lending arrangement if Benjamin's name is removed
from the actual bank loan. 

 

So in these situations, and keeping in mind I never specialized in Family Law, I would normally recommend you both get marriage counselling. 
Benjamin states it is unlikely you would want to attend marriage counselling as you would not feel comfortable discussing your personal life
in that setting or admitting any wrongdoing as a spouse (which could indicate a form of narcissitic personality disorder). Failing that, 
there are other forms of counselling available which would not focus on amelioration of your marriage or relationship but an actual property 
settlement, ie, with mutual consent orders put in place. I am happy to help in this regard, however it appears that your financial 
situation does not allow you to meet your financial responsibilities without significant financial aid from Benjamin, which, you have already
made clear to him, you do not appreciate. You therefore leave Benjamin with no choice but to sell the family house and complete a thorough
separation of assets between the two of you. If you choose to engage with expensive lawyers to effect a property settlement, Benjamin will
have no option but to do the same. Likewise, as you have never felt satisfied with Benjamin's financial contributions to the marriage, it
is better for you to divorce and find a partner who can satisfy you in that regard. Wouldn't you agree? Again, in this instance, Benjamin would 
like the family house sold, and a complete separation of assets to occur. All of these things can be arranged without engaging expensive lawyers 
(although I have already referred Benjamin to one of them and I understand he is already taking instruction from him). It's not too late to reach
a mutually agreeable settlement, however you had best state clearly how you propose to pay Benjamin out his share of the family house so that I can instruct him to sign the house over to you. We also need to understand how we are to proceed with binding consent orders so that no counterclaims can be made, after a settlement is reached.

William Tyrrell investigation now merely highlighting Australian backwardness and bungling

 

There is a definite tendency to backwardness in Australian society, even before the Europeans arrived, the natives were backwards. Notwithstanding tremendous efforts at modernization, it appears the very continent itself exudes a kind of retardation that staggers the native flora and fauna, producing retardation. It appears many new humans and plants are brought to Australia and progressively, along with thriving, many of these specimens (of humans) go backwards.

I was once taken to task by an Australian about how Spaniards were not famous for anything. But in fact, I cannot think of any Australians famous for anything. Adulterous movie stars that can parrot American accents. Half baked scientists who kind of just produce nothing. Solidly left wing nutjobs academics. I'm not saying Australia is backwards, it's a solid little population of 27 million or so, but the culture is utterly appalling and there's no real patriotism as everyone is from everywhere and noone really even likes the monarchy much on many levels.

Comparing this with Spain, we have a nation strong willed enough that everyone south of the united states speaks Spanish, barring Brazil which is another Iberian manifestation of will to power with a language not dissimilar from surrounding northern Spanish provinces. Also many Americans speak Spanish or are Hispanic, Texas anyone? I mean obviously I was not going to argue with this aforementioned Australian as she wasn't even from an Australian background and had some kind of identity complex.

Anyway sometimes Australians bungle in drips and drabs, sometimes they actually get things right and do a smashing job, and sometimes they bungle like crazy. That's what we're seeing now play out in the Australian media. I mean before we get to the police investigation, I think it's important to realize that the Australian media is similar to Australian society in general: a hotbed of adultery. In fact the media are often proud of adultery and call it open relationships and swinging. Australians are fond of adopting child like magical thinking that just overlooks cheating and adultery so essentially you're dealing with a white population that lives in fantasy land. Often this is depressing and folks randomly suicide.

Anyone stepping in from Britain or the USA, if they weren't themselves some kind of rascal, would quickly smell rats the minute he or she turns Australian media on. Many big international names would no doubt struggle under the nepotistic, hedonistic, dumb English redneck weight of it. I think I have accurately described the thing. There are a few competent journalists floating around but obviously they aren't sexy enough for the utterly obnoxious, unbearable, troll like advertisers we suffer over here in this sparsely populated fantasy land of bumblers.

With regard to the Tyrrell police investigation, you generally expect a higher standard from the police than the media, I mean today's police have really evolved from the 1980s. There would be some really horrible kind of isolated country town cops dealing marijuana through their kids from impounded drugs or whatever, you wouldn't necessarily expect great things from local small town police in country NSW. But considering how big this case has become, it's only serving to highlight the grotesqueness of the media here, their utter insular, backslapping, dumb English redneck smugness, so obnoxious, such jerks, all kind of generally hostile to each other for the reasons I enumerated with devastating accuracy, like an F14 (F four Dean mate) laser painting its target, some scruffy looking Arabian shed, no match for Lockheed Martin.

Still, it's amazing, I repeat, that police are not at all investigating any of the cars suspiciously seen in the area, which would be the logical thing to do, but can only be done through regressive hypnosis of two separate witnesses. Instead police want to carry out a full forensic scrub of the property and surrounds. Well there's nothing wrong with a full forensic scrub but the lack of attention to the suspicious cars witnessed on the day tells you police care more about consulting 'psychics' (they do this regularly and then will ask you why you mess with the supernatural ???? huh?). Again, magical thinking as the psychotherapists tell you. And the media, being like the Queen's mentally challenged cousins locked out of view of the British public, immediately jump onto this magical thinking frenzy some dopey police are feeding out, implying the foster mom is guilty and harassing her will lead to a damming and accurate conviction. We saw this with Lindy Chamberlain and again the utter inability for mainstream Australian voices to represent truthfulness, regardless of their penchant for creative substitution of the word teen with dean. This, again, is because the society is riddled with adulterers, swingers, whoremongers, cheating wives, wives that screw their friends husbands, liars, and druggies of all stripes, homosexuals. Rascals. People that look down on everyone else from their rickety towers of false sekf righteousness. The scum of the earth. I feel sorry for this foster mom being harassed like that, at least she can keep her identity secret. 

In Spain we say: patetico chaval, that means pathetic dude. That's what you're seeing. Still the truth is out there and noone is even talking to the eyewitness guy. He was so dopey himself he wouldn't even go straight to police with his witness. Ridiculous.

I guarantee that kid was kidnapped by some nasty inbreds or the like, probably from not far away and very likely through knowledge of some neighbor's of the foster grandmother that saw them around town with the kids. I strongly doubt the foster mother is involved and the main detective guy Jubelin said the same and he actually knew her. Get the FBI in look at who knew friends of friends that saw the foster grandparents around town with the kids. The entire area is plagued with paedos and maybe the foster parents didn't realize. We don't know.

By taking an extremely pro gay stance, David is able to single handedly bash the christian religion like its Goliath or something. Let's dive in deeper. As mentioned, David's position is essentially pro gay and my position relative to Australian matters is essentially pro reading books, anti adultery, anti dumb English redneck (so somewhat pro abbo but not in a way that promotes a soft bigotry of low expectations for abbos). I believe abbos can rise to the top. When an abbo friend tells me the word abbo is offensive I note how many time she uses it.

I recall when I went to university with these journalist 'elites', one of our student body was a gay chap at least thirty years old, who was allowed to show a film of a gay sex party he had organized. None of the self proclaimed christians in the student body made any complaint about it, neither did anyone else, most kids being only around 19 years old and uninclined to complain about risque behavior. Alternatively when I made a risque film, featuring not my homosexual buddies but an actual catwalk model (former roommate of Seal) and an attractive looking former marine who happened to be black, and had my actors dressed as nuns in habits, similarly noone complained. In fact, the gay guy Geoff and at least one of the openly lesbian girls probably enjoyed my film. None of the christian kids complained either, same as Geoff's flaming homo film. Interestingly, while Geoff's film was ho hum with the staff, my film raised red flags. Religion was not the issue, cancel culture was the issue. Cancel culture does not seek to destroy the christian religion or the homosexual faith.

Let's return to David's pro gay anti religion stance. First of all, sadly, for an anti religious stance, I do not see any concern about paedophile behavior in the church. The first concern anyone should have about the christian churches in the whole, is child protection. We realize as citizens most of our gay male friends do not want children to be harmed by paedophile monsters inside or outside of the church although frankly, as you can see from David's piece, it's not even a consideration. In fact, if I were to write about an anti religious discrimination legislation stance, I would not predicate it on how anti gay the church is, but calling the church out for hypocrisy and falsehood as seen by various glaring failures to protect children. Noone really can believe the poofies are being discriminated against anymore. In fact, noone in their right mind would even argue the poofies are any kind of force for good when it comes to protecting children from the poisonous culture of transgender self mutilation surgically alter your natural born gender ism. Sure I realize some guys are so devastatingly handsome you want to hump their legs like a horny dog, I get it. But stretching that into, let's bash the church and push our secular transgender freakshow agenda is just not 'cricket' as the dumb English rednecks (like David) of Australia say. Now cops (7 years later!) are doing a full forensic check of the dirt around the property. First it was like this paedo neighbour is guilty, Bill whoever was guilty. Punish the detective for recording a suspect without permission. This is a somewhat bungled case.

The most solid real world tangible eyewitness accounts were of some cars parked nearby and then one or two of those cars driving off with William in the car. All the people who saw these cars need to be put on a deep regression hypnosis by an expert to glean out from their subconscious what they saw.

The profile fits a local person within earshot or word of mouth of some local aware of the foster parents new kids. I doubt the foster parents are involved or did anything wrong.

Doesn't hurt to check the property but since the boy was already seen in eyewitnessed car driving off, also parked across road from property, reason says they'll find nothing. Again, doesn't hurt to try. Try hypnotic regression on eyewitnesses. Common sense.

 Not sure if that's how you spell it but I'll likely moor it in pittwater which is a beautiful body of water defined from palm beach to Newport beach in Sydney's northernmost coastal area. Beautiful! I will sleep on my boat. I could probably be happy never to leave this area! It's a great place. Beautiful.

My left foot is not healing ok. We're coming up on three years weeks since the skateboard accident with no abrasions or cuts, just like a twisted ankle. Still can't walk ok, still swollen.

I'm looking at one today soon, in that area, asking price 7k. That's quite affordable. Needs new sails. My main thing is I want to be able to sleep on it. And if my kids can also sleep on it perfect. I think if you talk to law enforcement and parole officers and prison workers, they wouldn't describe church going ppl and freemasons as a problem, but just pot smokers in general. Smoking pot will lead to trouble. It's a drug to be used extremely sparingly and only for trauma. People that smoke pot smoke way too much. Jason and I cannot be buddies because of his pot issues. This has happened to numerous folks I've known. Pot, ecstasy, lsd, mushrooms, cocaine, trouble! People are going to have hell to pay. These people, while they can become high paid journalists or tv producers or psychologists, highly respected, I would hazard to say, are scumbags.

I'll see how I go securing my gimme moor. Sailing course isn't til January so I won't feel competent to sail til then anyway. But might buy earlier. The boat I looked at today was sweet. The waves were so choppy the owner couldn't manage his dinghy boat even with the attachment motor. I swam out and my left ankle and associated tendons are still toast so just struggling. On deck everything looks sweet. I want to sleep on my boat, divorce land. Maybe divorce stupid bus too and go become a full time gardener or something. Live off crypto investments or something. Something has to change. Definitely boat is step one.
