What's up? I was at the discount rack at Avalon Woolworths supermarket today after a little Red Herring beach adventure with the Alvarezes...
So I see there isn't much I want except a packet of biscuits with 'no added sugar' on the packet. Pretty much just for the kids as I only like fancy cookies and generally eschew biscuits.
So we head to the nearby playground and guess where the biscuits were from? The Martinezes (mother's side of the family) hometown: Aguilar de Campoó. No shit. I still remember my grandmother or aunt telling me about the biscuit factory in Aguilar de Campoó being the main employer in the small town. I'm pretty sure I have a photo from 1996 when I was nineteen visiting my grandparents old cornerstore in Aguilar de Campoó. I'm actually enrolled to vote in Palencia province.
Just sayin'

Young teens in Pisa, high school angst, all in Italian.
My regular customer Terry's old house has been knocked down as per schedule. He has two new structures in the backyard since years ago now. But now the super old house has been knocked down.
My buddy Alex from Sofia just returned to Bulgaria from a little holiday in Lombardi. He's actually Italian. He's a real character. If I go back to Europe some time I'll probably just kick it with him in northern Italy.
Check out my vest:
It's from William the Fourth, a replica paddle steamer named after the English monarch William the Fourth.

It's also got the Australian flag sewn onto the back (of the vest).

When exploring the Americas European explorers are sometimes greeted with a traditional local tribal dance. As yet none of these dances have been nominated for a coveted Benji award.

Hey guys you know that loveable actor, he plays Sherlock Holmes and also Chaz Michael Michaels, you love him for his hijinx and buffoonery the same way Hamlet loved Yorrick. But you can't remember his name. Still you love that guy, but not in a suck on his earlobe and stick your finger up his asshole then threaten him with a blowtorch way. Gee I can't remember his name now but he's also in wedding crashers. He has a new commercial for Paypal on Australian tv, isn't he a hoot and a holler?
Ok let's go to another loveable American, John McEnroe. When it comes to his epic meltdowns and righteous indignations, it's possibly always best to let him speak for himself, consider:
