Catching some French 20h news, got to go cut some grass this morning having had yesterday off. I ate too many spicy pickled olives yesterday and the actual spice strips mixed in ripped up my guts but hopefully I'll be all good today. I'm way too fat. I bought three dress shirts yesterday, with collars, for around $70 AUD. That's been a long time coming. Generally I'm not really socialising much, just pursuing hobbies and family life. Generally I feel like I have to pursue hobbies for social life and not interrupt other people's social lives. I generally find there's always someone around that doesn't or wouldn't want me around as noted by the fact I don't get invited to weddings or expected to turn up at funerals. Generally just overlooked. Boohoo. Let's pivot to Oprah a bit....
Her reputation is taking a hit with her Weinstein and Diddy relationships. Folks on internet want to know what she was doing at Diddy's parties and if it was criminal. One time when I was young and part of my western Sydney English redneck ratpack with FDR and Winston Churchill (not they actual names, just nicknames), FDR, who always thought I was some kind of idiot wop with book-smarts was blown away watching how I mounted the stern of a boat where there was some party and everyone had to pay, obviously I had snuck in. FDR was impressed with my stealthy side.
Another damaging hit for Oprah's reputation was her relationship with John 'of God', some Brazilian 'faith' healer with a bad reputation for sexual assaults.
I mean Oprah had her black community and I had my Spanish Jesuit dad, whatever.
