We can consider the case of this West Australia State (it's one of the six States of Australia) mom (Ms Durer) who was upset her grade 6 son's school cafeteria fudged (no pun intended) her son's lunch order. Durer, without thinking carefully, fired off this fiery and impatient email full of bluster:
The letter (from P&C) said the email Ms Durer sent (to them) last year with comments such as “Can you actually read?”, “You clearly have no ability to do this job”, “I am furious with the utter incompetence you continue to display, you need to get a new career as you are way too stupid and lacking in social skills to continue to do this one”, “If I could report you to DCP for child abuse I would,” did not align with those policies.
BASICALLY, it's a political situation: the P&C felt aggrieved at receiving such a contemptuous communique, and ban the fat little boy from farther lunch orders. Another boy who tries to order butter chicken on his behalf is threatened with a ban. The school board tries to intervene but has no authority. Due to jurisdictional differences, Trump's lawyers would not be able to propose an American sitting Judge consider this case, but it's worth reading about anyway, the entire article is here...
