So I called in to Katy Houston or wherever Texas last night (Independence Day) to talk to Chris Salcedo but no-one answered the phone. I listened to Chris for a while and fell asleep and dreamt I was in Texas. It's the only time I can remember dreaming such a thing however I see my subconscious mind used a section of shopping mall from my hometown, itself a kind of troubled British Commonwealth version of Texas. This section of mall my subconscious placed in actual Texas was pre-existent a massive refurbishing and extension of this mall so that even my very first earliest memories were in this actual section of the mall which existed before the massive extensions. In fact this mall chain that's so big in Australia that did the extension, even exist in Los Angeles! Westfield's. You will see them all over Australia and even some places in Los Angeles. Pretty sure my Hollywood counterpart Macristol was chatting away with me one day when I realised Los Angeles has a Westfield's.
Anyway in my dream it wasn't a Westfield's but a shopping mall in Texas. Just as in my childhood, when Grace Brothers department store was the biggest section of that mall before Westfield's took over.
Anyway these Texans in my dream had an interesting Texan expression, "don't water your plates." I'm not even sure what that means but before I woke up some dishwasher inside the shopping centre was walking through the dishwashing post, something like that.
