Consider in 1992 and 2001, there were mostly either no mobile phones or else no smart phones in 2001. Yet the North Korean is not hampered by addiction and the mesmerising effect of the phone. The superabundance of information, leading to narcissism and craven idiocy, at times, in many democracies and even in communist China, to some extent, is of no concern to the North Koreans.
Like the english Australians from the backward and impoverished hinterlands, continuously obsessed with the wogballs coming for their country, the North Koreans are obsessed with going to war with the Americans. The Chinese do not radicalise and demonise the Americans in this way. It's true the Americans bombed the absolute shit out of the north Koreans. I kind of feel sorry for Otto Warmbier. There's nothing funny about his situation, absolutely tragic case of scapegoating.
