Silicon Valley Bank collapse, storm in a teacup

What you need to know:

Biden's admin printed out five trillion dollars from thin air once they got into power. The inflation ripple effects are ongoing, especially in price of gas.

Silicon Valley Bank has about 200 billion in assets. However it's not all American money. They've been in China since I got to Tibet in 2000 roughly. Consider when I got to McDonald's Beijing from near North Korea in early 2004, everyone had beat me to everything and even left a McDonald's behind. Chinese biotech firms are exposed there to who knows how many millions or billions. It's a good whack of money but the media and journalists are not following the money anymore. Neither with the crypto guy Sam Bankman.

Right now the used car market looks normalised. There were major supply chain issues after COVID but used cars look better than ever from what I can see. I'm looking at getting something German maybe, something I can sleep in in Newcastle so I can go sailing or chill or cut grass or hang out at community college. I heart Newcastle. Maybe a Volkswagen Passat or a Mercedes Benz. Affordable! Very economic.

Bitcoin and ethereum are coming back but nowhere near their highs from two Halloweens ago.

Are journalists getting dumber and dumberer?*
