Martinson also saying there was a cell phone blackout and vehicle traffic freeze on/around the Wuhan virus headquarters around October 6th to 11th 2019.
He surmises maybe there was an accident there.
Key question for FBI investigators (and CIA).... which plastics or similar materials in the supply chain constantly exported to America from China is for immediate use, and therefore possibly being used to carry virus into America. I'd look into it. Eg plastic utensils. Clothes. Flip flops etc.
