Dear Ms. Alvarez,
Following this communication I will be abstaining from this case and Benjamin advises he has retained a Victoria (Australia) based lawyer, Lee-Ann Davids, who you should email with your inquiries and documents. Her email address is leeanndavids@yahoo.com. This is anticipating you and Benjamin have poor relations and you will need a point person to contact with your communications, someone other than Benjamin. At any point you can email Benjamin directly or your friends in Sydney, John and Kate, can do so or otherwise they can email Leeann directly.
Benjamin anticipates you may have some questions about your mother's passing and wishes to provide you succor to that end. It seems your mother experienced some kind of heart failure, while abiding on her front yard verandah. It was a busy, schoolday, business weekday, and, at an unclear time exactly, but possibly around 7am in the morning, she collapsed on the front yard verendah, most likely from a heart attack. Being a busy schoolday, business weekday, it was not long before a passerby noticed someone lying uncharacteristically on the verendah (of 98 Jersey Rd) and checked her status, proceeding to have emergency services contacted. Many neighbors, including some of Maria's closest neighbors living nearby, or else driving by in their vehicles, noticed an Ambulance service trying to provide aid to Maria. Likewise Police were in attendance. Being that a bus stop is located immediately outside Maria's house, with numerous school children alighting from the bus there to proceed to the nearby school, it was, at the end of the day, a very highly witnessed death. Benjamin was contacted by Police officers at the scene and proceeded to the location, at their insistence. Benjamin reports a good standard of care from the Police officers in attendance and later from the two gentlemen that arrived to carry Maria's body away, approximately three hours after she had originally collapsed. Likewise Maria's regular doctor was in attendance to provide official verification of the cause of death, after which, it was determined that an autopsy would not be necessary. Benjamin was later that day informed of his right to demand an autopsy. Given his ongoing legal entanglement with his mother, vis NCAT NSW, and including his dissatisfaction with the local Health Care provider, NSW Health (Western Sydney Aged Care Mental Health), regarding the standard of care they had demonstrated to Maria and secondarily, to Benjamin, as her only next of kin and carer from her own family, Benjamin decided, not withstanding his desire to bring legal action against NSW Health, to not insist on an autopsy for Maria. Therefore there was no autopsy and her body was subsequently cremated a few days later.
Of note, Maria's dearest Australian friend, another woman approximately of the same age as Maria, was passing by around the time Benjamin had arrived at the scene and the Ambulance service had already departed, having pronounced Maria dead. She was in attendance with her daughter and one of her daughter's friends. She was very sad to learn of Maria's passing and consequently Benjamin spent a few days with her and her children and grandchildren distributing some of Maria's personal effects and furniture and consuming take-out food with said family, purchased with funds from the Estate, at said friend's dwelling, in the neighborhood of your mother's house. It does not seem that the late Mrs. Alvarez suffered a particularly painful death, in the end.
Most recently, Benjamin reports an Energy Australia powerline down in his immediate vicinity, although miles from the Estate house of your mother, and finding some irregularity in his affairs therefrom. However in general his property, livelihood, and family are all well, including, hopefully, you Ms. Alvarez.
That's all from me, please contact Leeann or your brother in future regarding the Estate of your mother.
God save Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
