Super spreader 40th birthday booms coronavirus infection in Connecticut

Super spreader party caused 40 fold infection spike

A well-heeled birthday get together has been dubbed “Party Zero” after its 50 guests left the event and scattered around the world spreading the coronavirus.
The 40th birthday party on March 5 in Westport in Connecticut in the US was attended by guests from across the US and one who was visiting from South Africa. According to reports from the Chicago Tribune and New York Times, the guests left after the party, scattering throughout the United States and across the world.
More than half of those who attended now have the coronavirus.

Despite being a social outcast his benjiness attended a BBQ last Saturday at someone's house with approximately 40 guests. I definitely practiced social distancing as I only wanted to talk to like two or three people and my kid didn't want to stay long anyway. These family backyard BBQs are now banned in Australia! Since last Sunday Auburn Anglican Church and probably many others are not congregating in person. The government here is even trying to ban gatherings of more than two people people! Bus drivers everywhere are going to be infected. Apparently it can spread in the air conditioning so I don't know why I'm not getting sick already. Probably just a matter of time. And my lungs are already all scarred up from smoking 23 years. Not looking forward to it. At least the ticket reader nearest driver and front seat has been shut down and they're saying they're disinfecting buses regularly. They've moved all the seating around in the meal room to distance everyone. I definitely prefer social distancing anyway even without a virus. It's so great all the stupid sports codes have been shut down, so lame. And instead of vacantly ranting about their idiot idols on reality TV, TV presenters are taking about viral spread instead of things going viral on Twitter, great improvement!
