I tried it today in the shower and it seems promising. First real hot, then super cold, alternating. The more exercise you've been doing the more white cells get activated. Could save a visit to the hospital in case of covid pneumonia.
Well I definitely feel like I'm getting something, possibly more strep throat as my tonsils feel like they might start flaring up. If it's this covid I guess I'd know within next two days. Going to try napping before work today, late start around 3pm. All my housework done.
