There's a classic old Italian move comes to mind. A super rich northern Italian lady married to some rich guy and a super poor southern Italian guy, also with a spouse and kids... The two get shipwrecked together on an island and the poor swarthy southern Italian starts beating her and screwing her, she can't get enough but then a helicopter takes her away at the end.... She couldn't turn her back on her life of wealth even though she was temporarily smitten with the southern Italian. The movie ends with him yelling at her 'whore!', 'whore!' from a pier as she takes off in her helicopter. Best Italian movie ever.
