I use the term boyscout loosely as it's commonly used as a symbol of innocence and goodness. Again innocence and goodness in a boyscout is an evolving 'hot' topic. Boyscouts these days can be transgender, either once were girls or becoming girls, or gay. They're always making this distinction nowadays so are they better than regular boy scouts? Is Comey saying Bill Clinton is a boy scout? Sorry I never graduated either university I attended, it probably shows. I'll wait for the smart blokes (and sheilas) on fox news to explain that for me.
