paying tía Sam again after a nine year break

,
what a surprise this Halloween! Auntie Sam (the U.S. Govt) has managed to claw 'fuh-dean' ($14) from my pocket! I realized some weeks ago there was a claws [sic] on my newly opened bank account with Australia's institutional ANZ Bank, saying that I was considered a u.s. Resident for the bank's reckoning! This despite auntie Sam not openly proclaiming to garnish my salary, mmmm salad garnish, sorry.... Maybe will have to look into that! Certainly I had savings in the tens of thousands some years ago and aunty Sam wasn't garnishing them, seems it's a Barack thang. Benji's a longtime sceptic of the Irish race, and Barack is half Irish, so go figure.

anyhoo, shopping this morning with the kids on the way to the gym with it's cheap and overloaded daycare, Scarlet doesn't like it, Alex doesn't mind though.... I figured how I'd save aunty Sam some money: Caged chicken dozen eggs instead of free range: $1.30, discounted generic brand bread, $1.40 cheaper than nice Turkish style bread. Ripping stalks off broccoli before weighing, more nickels and dimes for aunty Sam. You get the idea.

ny times is now with a story: TRUMP stiffed a pollster company he engaged around 750k. Wouldn't put it past him. I really think he could save auntie Sam some big bucks if he puts his mind to it, I'd trust him, even though he has rascally traits. Hilary would blow the budget right out. Good on Comey* for having the cojones to take a stand, maybe I'll reward everyone by choreographing another great dance video one of these months, we'll see.

btw, I had one or two pairs of Halloween boxer shorts about twenty years ago that were good for a year or so. One I definitely recall was lime green with orange pumpkins and black bats (murciélago in Spanish) and suchlike, just sayin'

now culler [sic] in and listen to Michael:

*pronounced comb-me (not cum-mi)

speaking of murciélagos, check out these used Lamborghini Murciélagos for sale:

if I was Comey I'd probably buy one, he made 6 million dollars in one year working for Lockheed Martin recently, a good Murciélago is only like a sixth of his yearly income, he probably pays around 40% tax on that I'd guess.
