back at da gym

ok so somehow, although I've kind of decided not to quit smoking completely, I've found the will to knock it down to a limit of three a day, we'll see how that goes

so this morning Alex woke up before 6am and so did I and I put him to watch peppa pig in Spanish -- God knows I learnt so much core Spanish vocabulary as a 16 year old watching dragon ball z, and he's already so familiar with peppa pig, which he loves, can't see why he can't learn Spanish and Russian watching it, and he's happy to do that...... a month or so ago he preferred it in Russian, given the choice but now he seems to be focusing on Spanish

took the two kids to a church in mt druitt again, in western Sydney, for the second time..... met another lady there that knows my brother, as does her husband, so that's four people there now that know him, two men and two women.........

Scarlet started interfering with Alex's peppa pig watching around 9am so brought him to daycare a little earlier than usual and then went to the gym and left Scarlet in the gym daycare for around 90 minutes and ran 3km and walked about half a kilometre and had a shower...... Scarlet's going to a Turkish association run daycare two days a week there but won't fall asleep there so I have to get her on Wednesdays and Thursdays and bring her home, possibly putting her to sleep in the car first

putting her to sleep is routine, every time I play track 12 from my marriage of Figaro volume 1 CD which is the only CD that sits in my car stereo system, it's the one they use on Shawshank redemption, it puts her to sleep every time and when she hears it she knows it's sleepy time

today she fell asleep nearby home after stopping at supermarket for groceries....... I feel sorry for my kids if they have to put up with a toxic relationship between their parents, it's better for them just for us to get a divorce which i'm willing to do reasonably soon as i'm getting sick of it

so anyway, the guy from 20 heure was asking Bill Gates if he'd be interested in running for President of the u.s. at some point to which he said that he doesn't know if a philanthropist can be a politician, it's an interesting point, however, if people don't step up, you're going to be left with choices like Trump and Clinton......... people like Bill Gates and Bill O'Reilly should consider if they can run for president in the future
