another day another dollar

ok it turns out getting my car fixed is costing me a small fortune..... it seems I fried the starter motor last night trying to start the car, along with flattening the battery --- the mobile repair guy did point out a bad smell and the car definitely wouldn't start with fresh battery after that, just make a sick noise........

I started out the day thinking it would only cost around $350 after seeing the mechanic early so decided to suck it up and take the kids to bankstown monkey mania playworld while the mrs. cooked more food for boy's birthday party tomorrow --- decided to take the 911 bus instead of the train --- the 909 bus was also an option........... the driver is a dirty cheat, he doesn't print me a ticket.... then I ask him to print me a ticket, we roll on out of auburn train station, past the c.i.a. real estate office on the south side...... I look at my ticket and it's a fake, I know what he's done because I use the same kind of computer in my bus..... he's working for a private company on a tender for the state govt. and if he is anything to go by then it looks like they just pocket the cash payments for tickets....good thing most people don't pay cash............. I didn't want to report him directly so in the end I went up to him and told him to print me a real ticket and later in the day I told the bus company without incriminating that driver in any way.............. in the meantime on the bus ride the mechanic calls me and tells me to lubricate my arse as he's about to start humping it

i'm supposed to go collect it in twenty minutes, or now, or whatever..... it's time to sell this car and get a new one.............

I ran into a couple of detectives randomly and asked them about the guy that threatened to snap my neck --- they tell me the cops won't generate an incident report unless I pursue the matter, I don't want to pursue them but they are a bunch of crims and maybe i'll give the cops the license plate number and they can run it on their computers that are in their cars, the ones that scan all the cars around them.............

I had some mystery money in some 401k account since I got back to Australia about 7 years ago from some years away -- it was only like 1000$........ since the 401k business here is compulsory and a big rort, it had dwindled down to $711 over the years -- I rolled it into another fund so now I don't have life insurance

the senate In the federal govt. here just had some 28 hour debate and changed the voting sheets so that preferences can be awarded to senators instead of just choosing one or another
