anyway on holiday now halfway through so another week and a half to go approx. of a three week holiday.......... i'll be a happy man when i retire because everytime i take a break from bus driving i feel happy

was talking to my local barber this morning, kind of dawdling around a bit and his shop was quiet until the first customer came in.... we don't really know eachother well but i had gleaned from prior encounter, not many, that his eldest son lives in colombia, and he has two kids from his second wife. Both his wives speak spanish first and he also speaks spanish as a first language. I'm happy to talk to him in spanish as i do not feel far removed from my parents' native language. he was telling me how he got traumatized after two incidents, one in mexico, the other in cuba, he said he was involved in a high altitude truck accident where the truck was blown off the side of the mountainside, possibly due to driver error and four people in the truck died. he said in cuba he was on a cargo ship carrying around 80 people and it went on fire and sank in half an hour and not everyone could get a lifeboat, people drowned all about him.

i can't speak to the veracity of that but can't understand why anyone would make that up. he said he had to get psychological counselling for the trauma of it all. that makes sense. i told him i do that kind of counselling over the phone for free as i don't have time to see a counsellor much face to face, there's a number i can call and unload however i do not do this frequently but maybe once in half a year on average if i get to feeling overwhelmed.

another colombian i met in sydney recently is working towards his master's degree in environmental science, in colombia, and is only interested to spend a year in australia working to save a little money. he is not interested to migrate here with his family or anything like that. his heart is in colombia and he's happy there with the lifestyle and society. as you can see from the two aforementioned people, colombians can work in south america and have a life there that's based on honest hard work. and feel satisfied with their lives there, excepting traumatic events in this case. that Trump can tweak his public persona a little as he has alienated a lot of the media that he could have won over and damaged what he believes to be his own interests: key areas for Trump to work on - recheck small business contractors you may have shortchanged in the past being overly ruthless and pay them back. Appreciate that not every spanish speaker from catholic hispanic backgrounds crossing a land or airport border in the u.s are scum, most of them aren't criminals and run the agriculture business in terms of fruitpicking. study up on it. 

i mention this by way of the media day to day in america on the border illegal immigration issue. those back and forths between public relations people at the white house like psaki, reporters from various news outlets, etc, often take the form of a day to day boxing match where everything is high intensity blow blow blow, day to day, caffeine rush, glorified bitching. when the journalists are allowed to actually take the time to present the facts in the larger picture, you will get the big picture, but the pro Democrat media in america is basically now an amalgamation of the Democrat party and no longer interested in reporting facts but spinning and massaging public opinion, there's always room for that to change at any point, the more you engage in adultery, the more you're going to bullshit

talking about celebs in los angeles, with aforementioned ten day or so nissan maxima mentioned in last post, i headed out to topanga canyon one time to see the doors drummer john densmore play there and just enjoy the atmosphere, it was like a one day music festival thing.... there were probably a bunch of movie and tv actors about as two girls i was hanging out with, that described themselves as lesbians and big dawson's creek fans, seemed to indicate. i was never a dawson's creek fan however the family house i mentioned staying at with pops in the last post, is right by an elementary school called 'dawson' (i never attended there but 'bidwill' a few miles away), so 'dawson's creek' promotional commercials on tv always kind of reminded me of that school. anyway i began talking to a french canadian guy in french at that festival like inside a little building there, just because i found out immediately he could speak french and i'm always trying to hone my linguistic skills of any description as a hobby, and after we were done talking these two girls who were my temporary buddies started gushing how i had been talking to one of the main actors from dawson's creek and how they worshipped him (supposedly even though they were gay - i mean maybe he was gay too who the hell knows or cares, right?). they just couldn't get enough of the fact that we were talking because obviously they felt like they couldn't have a normal conversation with the guy (starstruck) but since he was just some random dude that can speak french, whatever, right? like i said, i never got into dawson's creek. i did watch law and order and law and order special victims unit all over the place all over the calendar in various years but seeing it yesterday after literally like decades reminded me of those phases of my life just mentioned, for some reason.....

i just finished repainting the exterior of my front door and doorstep and replacing the broken fly screen in the screen door and replacing everything and tidying it all up.... there is a bit of paint mess by the looks of it on the stonework of the front porch which will need attention, hopefully it's just chalk....

Checking in with south park and law and order special victims unit

Been a year or so since seeing much or any south park, can't remember. There's a quarterback statue that's 'the provider' for wayward kids. Timmy and Jimmy fight, that was splendid absolutely. But they put a counter on the screen to count all the times people say 'shit'. I didn't like it, too gratuitous and crude. The Xmas poop's daughter smeared a poop smile on a homeless guy (funny). That's going to be enough south park for another year or so. I definitely don't like the f bomb with the kids watching and all.

 

Law and order special victims unit. I only really watched this show in depth in the year 2000. It was a sad year for me. My sister died the year before. I got thrown out of university, my girlfriend left me shortly after my sister died, she never had much choice really. I was on bail a few months for assaulting a cop, that was kind of good as it got me out of the house a bit (three times a week, got me stepping, needed exercise). A really horrible year, just hell. At the end of it around end of July 2000 I flew to Thailand and walked down Kao San street after like a year of self imposed imprisonment, I mean it's not like the judge said I couldn't drive a taxi or get laid or anything. I actually went out on Xmas day 1999 with my father, we both went out to drive taxis. Like a 24 hour shift. He didn't want to work much in general and I only did a very small amount of shifts which was incredibly lame. Certainly it would be the only time I spent with my father just the two of us our entire lives so that went on for like ten months as it was rehab for me after smoking too much pot. Also my father wouldn't let me get drunk so I rarely drank or smoke and was probably just feeling incredibly lazy and like disengaging from society. That all ended one night after I flew to Bangkok and walked down Kao San street to find new buddies after hermit-dom. I found a group of Jews /Israelis kind of headed by a New Yorker called Hershi who had business in Bangkok and he became my next buddy in the universe as I asked him if I could stay at his place which he was happy to let me smoke his weed there, stay rent free and just get drunk which is what I did. One night him and his Israeli buddy wanted to screw whores I had to scram so I went to an island nearest Bangkok some local girl there gave me a double on her scooter moped. That was love, just sitting with her for the ride and the friendly smile on her face. Despite going without alcohol and marijuana with my father the previous ten months or so, most of the time, it was time to drink and smoke chronic for (the coming) months on end: medication time.

I don't remember seeing my brother around much while I was living with my father those ten months. My mom was in Spain and my brother was incredibly scarce. He didn't really seem upset about our sister's death but truth be told, it took a long time for it to set in for me and at first I didn't really seem to care that much either. A lot of things were happening I guess, but my brother wasn't around. He came for my court case and lived nearby but never offered me a ride to the police station for my three weekly bail check-ins. He was never one to offer me any help at all. Just brutality then an explanation that pardon was afforded by his born again Christian status and a conversion from marijuana and alcohol to anti psychotic drugs (I guess that helped???). A strange man he was, very strange. I think for the longest time he wanted love and appreciation from his father that he never felt he got and was incredibly, brutally sore about.... and never got that til he was around age 33 or something like that when he could finally live the dream of happy family life with mom and dad like he was a teen-ager or something. Some people are like that I guess.

ANYWAY, so that was my mindset when I watched Law and order special victims unit all the way back in 2000 (and shortly thereafter, also in the year 2000). I'd watch quite a bit and the typical two actors that carried the show, I was surprised to see them tonight on law and order special victims unit after all these years. I mean I feel like I've climbed the mountain top and achieved illumination or something since 20 years ago, at least avoiding tv has helped me with that. But seeing two old familiar faces from those days is nice, even if they're strangers. From what I could glean from the episode the guy hasn't been on the show much but they brought him back in so brought in backstory. He never realised his detective partner, the same actress lady after all these years/ same character had had a son since they'd parted. Bla bla bla, his wife Cathy got killed by a targeted bombing, the precinct has to hand case over to intelligence, unclear which and we don't know what the detective guy has been doing since it's all taskforce stuff based in Rome or something. Maybe bring cocaine and Columbia into the script storyline or something. Not sure I'll tune in again coz you know Buddha said desire is the root of all suffering and I'm trying to figure out how I can be happy without desiring to screw my wife. I like Law and order special victims unit actors, God bless their cotton picking hearts y'all!

One time in California I was talking to a guy in Los Angeles somewhere just after I arrived from Seoul and got my short lived car, he really looked like the guy from law and order special victims unit, the balding guy. It never occurred to me to ask him if it was actually him but they certainly looked similar in my memory. We had both stopped our respective vehicles, as I recall it, stopped by the coast and this guy was very nonchalant eating crackers or something by Santa Monica beach or somewhere like that and talking about women, since I'd probably raised the topic, he was all explanational (not really a word) 'oh with women, you have to go through an army of them, like a huge amount', or something like that. Wouldn't it be funny if it was the same guy? probably not. I was friends with Nick Nolte's current wife for a while in NYC and Arizona back in the day, so you never know!

The allegation or rather, suggestion, that China's leadership cadre and military, or even just the military and supreme leadership cadre (7 guy politburo) may have intentionally developed and released Coronavirus in a planned, choreographed way, is certainly only a suggestion and something a general would think about when considering a battlefield.

It would be a very weasley kind of thing to do but might serve china's interests as china is overpopulated and has demographic issues around too many old people, too many males, aging retiring population, etc.

Certainly many experts in virology have indicated precisely where and how the dna was spliced and remixed but noone can say this wasn't just innocent or incompetent tinkering. Noone can bring a clear case against China's military for actually intentionally orchestrating this event however it's a possibility that can easily be studied with the vast resources available and doesn't involve going to china either (ridiculous).

With regard to china subverting American elections. While this is their desire, it's not something they would pull off alone, however they cannot tell Facebook do this do that, but rather Zuckerberg donated hundreds of millions to actually help organize the election in various states where he bankrolled processes that belong to the american government. Unquestionably china was involved however the few petty princes (and princesses) that sit on top of the handful of American media companies, mostly jews as jews are the smartest and go far in america (sorry to sound racist again), did not want Trump reelected and were vehemently against him. 

It's a real mishmash as many non chinese like myself during my china phase, are willing to deal directly with the chinese before coming to any conclusions. Now it's happening with major league baseball, before that nba, and hollywood. But with these guys it's all about profits and not much else. The american media recently pointed this out in case of major league baseball.

Anyway, conclusions, coronavirus as a weapon, unquestionably achievable for China's military and politburo. Purposefulness: China overpopulated, rest of world is foolish they can suck eggs anyway. Proof: zero. It would be like a perfect crime or something. Something seemingly Stalinesque considering the numbers of dead. Stalin is President Xi's main role model actually, along with Mao. It was kind of entertaining, Odd Thomas. The local ABC had a series on an experiment getting super old people at the kindergarten with the four year olds. I think my mom benefited from living with her grandkids for a year, even if she chose not to interract with them much. Pretty sure she said she liked listening to them play. They've been doing that in America for a while, combining retirement homes with kindergartens. Very logical to base as many daycares at old aged homes as possible, wise.

Had a weird dream I was driving a 315 school bus service on Tony something drive (street name). Can't remember the name anymore but it was Tony something, sure could remember it when I woke up for a while. I was too lazy to study the bus route which caused a major delay as I was late to get started due to not starting early enough and then took a wrong turn as never studied the route. Then it's like the road was falling apart or hilly slag or something I don't know, had to effect an illegal u-turn somewhere. Stupid bus.

There was also an interesting show segment on called, 'who do you think you are?' where the producers track down people's family ancestry. The gentleman they were showing, I believe he's the host of a popular tv show called, 'the block'. I appreciate channels 7, 9 and 10 run on the free market (with no taxpayer subsidies) as per the lowest common denominator theory, and, in fact, one of the producers of the block, who is a casual acquaintance of mine and some of my hometown colegas from way back (we are the lowest common denominator, said colegas, hailing from mt druitt as we do), (he) is very proud to have worked on 'the block', I take it, from a recent catch up we had after a twenty year break. Frankly, like my wife's guinea pigs, I'm not a fan. I know my daughter loves the guinea pigs (it is cute when she holds them) and my wife loves the guinea pigs but I do not love them so much due to the crap in their penn and the mess of the sundry paraphernalia like bag of grass, whatever, penn blanket needing cleaning, disgusting. Just as I keep quiet about my dislike for these guinea pigs, I wouldn't tell my tv producer acquaintance I don't like the block, Amanda Keller (an australian tv personality he describes as a hard worker), numerous others (we've already mentioned the icy blue blooded lady from 60 minutes Lizard Hurly of whatever her name is). In fact, I would describe australian tv personalities in general as mentally ill, obnoxious, destined for hell, or possibly tolerable. The gentleman from the block I mentioned is tolerable, bordering in a teetering way as usual for white australia on the usual smug australian obnoxiousness. However the show about his grandfather's grandfather was fascinating. The grandfather's grandfather was a gentleman by the name of benjamin lively who lived in england I think and was a horse trader. They really started digging up a lot of information about this fellow and it was very interesting.

Also, as mentioned we have the government funded abc. I mentioned I enjoy some of their programming including kids programming, which my kids watch, as well as their rural farming coverage... just killed a spider on the wall, about the size of a child's hand. Was quiet there for a moment then got very active, flushed it down the 'dunny'.

Anyway, travelling home I noticed at the local club berowra there was a very elegantly placed, non descript portrait of the Queen (of england of course), on the wall. I didn't take a close look but it looked good. Probably a good lead in to the next topic du jour: politicians and new zealand's relationship with china, keeping in mind china's leadership class are also politicians in the chinese republican, non-democrat way (not referring to taiwan here).

Normally when I think of politicians I do not consider if they're female or male as important, even with the CCP's spokeswoman or the american white house spokesperson Psaki. I might notice their figure or red hair in the case of Psaki or mentality in the case of the CCP lady whose psychology is easily read on her face (not a poker face). So when I consider the new zealand leader Ardern, I do not really care if she's a woman however I do think it's important to realize her electorate considers her progressive, modern and hip. This is important when gauging the psychology of new zealanders. Here in Australia we have the former Queensland police guy Dutton recently promoted to minister of defense, he's well known with the journalists for never smiling, .... ever. They call him the loveable larrikin, ironically, I believe, in a true spirit of humor. He himself has made a name for himself deporting criminal new zealanders from australia to new zealand (like permanently, even if they have families in Australia and relatively spot free backgrounds, he's a little heavy handed I suppose although some of the people he deports are real 'scummos' ('sickos'). The prime minister Morrison is known for his cuddly wombat ascetic. Many australian men exhibit this cuddly wombat ascetic which comes naturally after four or five generations of breeding in Australia. Sometimes it's accompanied by the australian obnoxiousness mentioned afore, when it is you can just watch the crocodile hunter or something.

Let me tell you, one time in china in 2004, around the first time I met my, later to be, wife in bulgaria, I was dating a new zealand woman, I suppose it's relevant to mention she wasn't ethnically chinese. She really was pro-chinese this lady and there's a general antipathy towards america that inevitably leads to pro-chinese sentiment amongst small populations like New Zealand's and Australia's.  I never asked her why she never wanted to live in Taiwan as opposed to china proper, the thought never actually occurred to me. Often when I'm traveling around the world in that phase of my life, for years on end, I'm not thinking about politics on that level but merely gauging the broad historical brush strokes (forces) which, truly, at the time, was the american war in Iraq and secondarily the, as yet unreported, surveillance state (government not private 'big tech' enacted to search, mostly unsuccessfully, for terrorists (ie they caught the shoe bomber but they never got the 7/7 guys in england in 2005, never helped the 88 Australians bombed in Bali. Never stopped 9/11. Were the Intelligence guys, out to lunch for a few years?

Anyway so this new zealand lady was very pro-chinese and actually quite fluent in chinese. Strongly disapproved or doubted my american english as is extremely common amongst the white british empire folks (must be a canadian accent from a canadian), what's a Spaniard doing that far south of california or something....

Why aren't people warming to captain america and poo pooing communism more? Well I just mentioned I liked the taxpayer funded abc in Australia to an extent and was sceptical of how capitalism manifests in Australian TV. Does it make me a communist? It's a complicated question as capitalist societies have been overtly socialist in their health care systems for a long time. In china they will let you die if you can't pay your hospital bill. Things get nasty in china as they have forced organ murder robbery (euphemistically called 'harvesting'). 

Just as that's a complicated question, new zealand's relationship with china is complicated. Certainly new zealand has put way too many eggs in the china basket and cannot afford to annoy china without being cut off. It is what new zealand has chosen for itself, I don't think they are able to turn that around they're so reliant on china. 

Are the Intelligence services up to china? (5 eyes). Based on how the war on terror was prosecuted, it's like king kong vs godzilla. If that's what we're looking at with china, it's going to make you wonder if china will ever go democrat. When I was in china in early 2006 I vaguely surmised it might happen in the 2030s due internal pressures but that's just speculation. America is already under so much pressure to have free and fair elections, this is top of china's list for america: subverting elections through any means available.

The extent of chinese involvement in new zealand I couldn't tell you, a lot of it is mutual. New zealander's genuinely warm to rich chinese and their bucket loads of cash money.

What protocols do governments use to share private information? Probably some encrypted internet protocols. I mean china is taking technology anywhere they can and you always get these stupid kind of braggart self important people in china and elsewhere, especially in media, that feel a constant need to assert their egos with bombastic speech and bravado instead of just focusing on producing top quality music/dance videos (like some of us would), come on people. So a lot of the bluster you hear coming out of china is ridiculous. Many of china's leadership are clamoring to have their kids study at harvard and even permanently leave china for america. This does not go unnoticed by the chinese populace who are often aware of corruption in their leadership which is often flagrant.  

 

Basically many of china's 'statecraft' class, basically emigrating chinese who invariably rob technology and run it back to the motherland are benefiting from the same slave labor pool in china the rest of us are. Look through all the things you have from china, the only way to force meaningful change and reform is through trade embargoes. Even just on an individual level, boycotting chinese goods. On a government level now that's playing out since Trump's presidency and the shockwaves are considerable. We don't know if coronavirus was intentionally released by china's military as a weapon. The levels of apathy from the masses are off the charts, they don't care because they look so great on Instagram and Facebook. The western media is not morally or mentally prepared to understand that china may actually have subverted an election win from Trump away to Biden.

As a vanilla parent (vanilla as in non swinging, no threesomes or partner swaps or big orgies, clusterfucks, watching people screwing on stage, etc), where my kids take priority over many of my personal needs and preferences (average parenting, three kids), I do not give a shit about Kate Winslet's big revelation about gay actors in Hollywood. I assume she's talking about young guys with no kids, but I don't really care. It's all a big joke nowadays. I asked some very obviously supersex supergay guy a while back if he had kids and he acted all surprised and said he was gay like he was schooling the illiterate and bi [sic] just thought well gay guys are having kids these days, guess he never heard about it.

If I met Kate Winslet there's a good chance I wouldn't know who she was, as I wouldn't pick her face from hundreds of women that look like her. Also I'm not actually fond of any of her movies. Since I don't know much about her life, same as aforementioned gay guy, I might ask if she has kids, or if her kids are adopted if either of those questions seemed appropriate. It seems so many people are out to sensationalize their pleasure, and make a god of their pleasure, it's like we have to know all about their sexuality. Not everyone is like that. Moms and dads and the kids are not obsessing about this bullshit all the time.

I take people as I meet them and I might act, interact with them based on how their aura is making me feel. Obviously aura detection isn't taken at acting schools. Still, since the two acting teachers I trained with, Bob McAndrew and Billy the Greek Ossie in Sydney were both sharp and understanding of how people are actually acting, i'd definitely agree there's something exciting and interesting to acting. I couldn't say how working with Kate Winslet would be neither relating with her on a personal level. If I were a florist delivering flowers to her I'd think I'd better not ask for an autograph or try small talk or my boss might be upset with me, if she answered the door and was acting open to a chat and I had the time I'd chat. Both relationship with her and boss would be working relationships. I don't know squat about her, I don't read up on movie stars. I couldn't give a shit if consenting gay adults are screwing each other and pretending to be heterosexual to get more work, that's average.

 I care about people getting raped, women acting like prostitutes to get roles. I wouldn't expect Kate Winslet to start blabbering about the producer she screwed to get a plumb role, of course she'd keep that secret if she did that. Considering the new 19 coronavirus has killed at most 3.5 million people including china, couldn't be much more than that and possibly less, and that we're only a quarter of the way into 2021 and the world has added 20 million people anyway, and that the world is overpopulated and careening towards a whopping 8 billion people.....

I cannot see how Nature will lay off culling millions more through this virus since Nature is struggling to replenish herself here on earth anyway given the parasitical nature of mankind these days. I say mutation and invincible virus are the future til 2029.
