We all know watching Australian tv the cisgender women, in contra-distinction to the transgender women are basically all victims of domestic violence. Albanese himself seems to have a furrowed eyebrow and forehead which is indicative of emotional abuse which is domestic violence. Furthermore Albanese does not speak in an effeminate way bordering on gay sounding which could indicate homophobia and more predisposition to domestic violence, even just a surly response after a hard day at work is domestic violence when perpetrated by cisgender men towards cisgender women.

Given those facts, is Jodie at even higher risk of being abused in a civil marriage as opposed to their previous de facto marriage. Statistics from transgender women on this topic are difficult to come by given the prevalence of transphobia amongst Australian research communities and statisticians.
