I'm writing in regards to your PDF electronic letter to me dated December 9th, 2024, attached to this email on behalf of her Honor, Magistrate O'Sullivan. 

I forwarded a letter to the Judicial Commission of New South Wales regarding the lack of argument in aforementioned letter of yours (which simply cites a part of relevant legislation). I include attached a PDF letter I received today from the Commission pertaining to your letter to me. I also included my original complaint to them regarding Magistrate O'Sullivan's lack of arguments. Please forward it to her.

If Magistrate O'Sullivan or another Magistrate with jurisdiction within the coroner's Court cannot avail the relevant evidence I'm requesting to either a current certificate bar accredited lawyer of my choice, or the NSW government attorney general's office or some other State or Federal lawyer acting on behalf of the NSW state or Federal government I will proceed making representations to same under the assumption that the coroner's Court wishes to withhold evidence it may deem detrimental to the civil interests of the NSW State or Federal government.

Applicable arguments pursuant to my standing will then ensue.

I'd like to offer the coroner's Court one more opportunity not to suppress evidence.
