Specifically, isn't it strange that there isn't even a proper evacuation system set up for Seoul? i was there in 2006, 3 months, and the only thing regarding war i remember is the American GI channel had some soldier flashbacking remembering being hit by a granade or something and his tin lid rolling into a pit and he's like almost crying, it was laughable! there is no drill system..... the people of Seoul need to be instructed on how to muster around the SOUTH side of their building basements, or level 45 if that's safer, that's because the missiles will be coming from the NORTH, that's why it's called NORTH Korea. Other good muster spots are the subways, underground. If i were Trump i'd be talking to the JOINT CHIEFS monday morning: let's tell president kimmy or whatever his/her name from south korea, we want a proper evacuation system set up for Seoul, just a short tv message, maybe a series of commercials, that lets everyone know, in the south and the north, that you're serious......... did you know when Napoleon's Grand Armee marched on Moscow, all the people had already left? that's because they didn't want to be raped, burned, murdered, maimed, dismembered, have their tongues cut out, their nipples bitten off... you get the idea........ Strongly encouraging the South to establish a simple public evacuation drill on a six weekly basis and the occasional commercial tells these bitches to watch out. If you don't lead these bitches they will come with lame and creepy overtures, like in 2002 they got a little north Korean boy to give a flower to a little south Korean girl. It's creepy and stupid.
What's simple: evacuate Seoul to the southern portions of their buildings or underground, set up patriot batteries everywhere. Why should FEMA have thousands of coffins for potential hurricane deaths stacked up. Get the CIA to prepare ample literature in Korean. There are like five political concentration camps that should have care packages prepared for them with Korean leaflets, food and loaded glocks . I'd have hundreds of thousands of leaflets set up ready to dump on the people: surrender now, your government has been overthrown.
