russia really pushing it with demand for $11 billion from ukraine

someone needs to give medvyedev a little spanky on his bottom, right?  let's face it, russia has pulled the biggest indian-giver move in recent history, reclaiming ukraine, that's flagrant indian giving........and now on top of that they're asking ukraine for $11 billion, come on pa-ruskis, that's too much, don't you think?  you'd look more elegant just talking to ban-ki-moon there and ignoring the EU and co, wouldn't you?
