Try Benji's 'Prince Andrew' knee rolls, it would have formerly been a Duke of York knee roll but I've actually named it after the King stymied his brother's title and possibly before he kicked it in the Sistine Chapel. So it's just a Prince Andrew knee roll. Just roll your right knee to the left and right a little, like thus:
Hey go up to someone and ask them if they got that letter you sent them. When they say 'no', step on their foot, squishing it and reply, 'I must have forgotten to stamp it.'
