The doctors from New Amsterdam can fix foot bone spurs!

Just like in America, Australia had the lottery system for Vietnam. I don't know how the migrants like my father escaped it... but since I'm always slagging off on the Anglo Australians ... and somewhat underwhelmed by them.... we have to admit they gallantly fought during the Vietnam war. Even still it's important people understand Spain was not a military dictatorship from 1788-1820 like Australia was and there was no scurvy at that time and actually hospitals... and no cannibalism .... just sayin'. Just because people eighteen generations before you had to deal with those adverse conditions, doesn't mean you should pretend to... whitey.
Now watch Dr McDreamy

I can relate... always telling the ladies I'm a doctor... that's legal right?
But seriously, check out this real surgeon watch and critique the New Amsterdam trailer aforementioned....
https://youtu.be/Qf7PBS8S2Vw
Obviously in America they have a majority user pays private system unlike the British models in Canada and Australia.... you can tell watching this guy, he's very smart and it's very refreshing listening to someone talking about people dying all the time... given I've been at my mom's house all year and there have been four suicides here.... as we're moving out Sunday week... me asomé earlier to the neighbor that unfortunately got stuck between a call to an ambulance and some backyard cadavers to apologize sincerely to her for it... she's a Bible reading woman with six kids and seems like a good person. She's been living there at least eighteen years I would think....
Also, probably because he's with the private system, it's very refreshing and telling to hear him criticize the reaction to a recently dead patient: let them die he says, don't try to resuscitate them because their brain will be dead and although it might be easy to bring their body back they would just be a vegetable / brain dead.... that's very wise .... in my opinion, and healthy
If you read Nietzsche he's always talking about what's healthy and what's life affirming... definitely letting someone die in this situation so as not be a vegetable seems clearly life affirming to me.... unfortunately there is so much ignorance and denial about the principles of resurrection / reincarnation that people just want to cling to life or have someone else cling to life even as a vegetable, when, as the doctor says, it's wrong.... the Koran actually refers to this reincarnation as a 'promise God is bound by'... but I don't seem to see imams and preachers and regular Muslims understanding this principle much.... the Gospels famously reference this in the case of the man born blind but many people referring to themselves as Christians generally do not believe in many realities and even turn to paedophilia as 'charity' so are actually mentally ill
Some Benji medical facts:
days spent in hospital as a patient excepting being born: zero
Broken bones: zero
Serious illnesses: zero
Mildly serious illnesses: various
Dental issues: I paid for them with private insurance and possibly some tax breaks
Close calls with death: 1) varicella age 30, sometimes lethal, almost died
2) drowning during a flash flood as a kid, would have died but my brother saved me 3) serious car accident, might have died but had seatbelt on, all good
4) chronic depression on some occasions, some alcohol and marijuana abuse also to blame, psychiatric issue.... solution: find a sexy lady
Options to consider if seriously disabled from a riding accident or diagnosed with an extremely difficult cancer with an extremely long and difficult treatment: suicide
See like I had to tell the neighbor about my father and uncle's cousin Luci who I caught up with five years (and a half) in Spain... her parents and only sibling all suicided.... I told her it's genetic in my family, kind of like a debriefing I guess... she's ok I don't think she's traumatized but I think her husband was possibly traumatized.... I never mentioned my father and his brother, their father and brother also suicided.... that's a lot of suiciding.... but as we know the family / genetic case, it no longer surprising.... now this brother of my father I mentioned, is a psychiatrist and so are both of his offspring. Back in the day I spent a fair amount of time with all of them and I respect their career achievements....
The final medical issue I'll mention is the rib bone that got loose of its socket. Excruciatingly painful and instead of seeking immediate help I just suffered thinking suffering is real and it's good to suffer sometimes.... finally I suffered enough and found an excellent back doctor, also on private health insurance, and got the problem fixed because he's very good.... I'll have to see him again soon as it's been over a year now....
See McDreamy talking about the brain and labels:

That's true too... at my point of existence in the universe I no longer believe in the point of suffering much and believe I can just choose to be happy and avoid suffering
