reno work / tax time

howdy -- so it's tax time, my accountant, Hedayat, an Iraqi, is doing it again this year and he says I can get a deduction on the sound system I use to deliver food for uber although that's questionable tautology I would say.......not being an expert on law

so before I remember my buddy in seoul, selki and the computer game, feeding frenzy or fish frenzy or whatever, here's the link, if you want to play it, try it instead of porn or something:

let's talk reno: it's really my passion these days, I've painted the ceiling of the lounge room and the hallway (seen in second hallway picture above) - in the second picture you can also see fresh floorboards spilling out of my mom's room and just how nasty and disgusting the old floorboards could be (see outside bathroom under blue foam mat)....... the wallpaper defining all walls of hallway (except the one on right or left depending on how you come) was kind of expensive and extremely nice, but I got it at 66% discount so awesome......the wood panelling I've started to install on the white wall there, I bought it in like late 1994 or early 1995 and it's just been sitting around for over 20 years and is in great shape --- by end of next week it will all be done, the hall, and be looking fantastic --- i'm busy with the blue bus next week so won't have too much time..... if you see the floorboards spilling out of my mom's room there, I might post a photo later of the cutting work I've done on either side, one job was a mess which I will patch up with wood putty and maybe some mini pieces of wood, but the other side is an absolute triumph of carpentry, the way it just hugs around the door-frame with various indentations, I am proud of that

all this jazz is cutting into my family time  --- only scarlet was my family buddy this past weekend, and my mom of course -- seeing as I spend most of my free time in her house fixing it up....... scarlet is obsessed with the pink wall in her room (see earlier photo) -- we proceeded to continue with our hobby of making bracelets with beads for the 2nd session of that and actually her fingers are so small, she's more able than me to get the beads out of the lunker box they're in

so this woman Selki in seoul....... what an ugly city, let me tell you, and no one speaks any English, no matter how much time they spend studying -- If you can't speak Korean you are absolutely a deaf dumb mute there, without question..... there is no grass or trees or flowers, only concrete -- Gangnam is the same, just a giant city of 10 million or so, completely bereft of parks, greenery, plants, horrible -- just horrible......... and if you speak no Korean, futile.......... maybe that's why I only spent three months there.......... after meeting some slutty kind of women there upon first arriving --- I settled down in around 9 weeks of dating Selki........ she was young, cute  - about 22, whereas I was around 30 - I can still see her face in my mind.... she seemed like a pretty honest, decent person.... she absolutely wouldn't let me get to first base unless you count holding hands as first base, which I don't.......... I guess her interest was sharpening her English but she was very cute and it was perhaps interesting to see if the possibility of getting into her pants existed although most likely no...... I hung out with her one time her big university campus and it was the only time I saw trees or grass apart from one lousy tiny park in my area....although I went all over the place in Seoul and there were no parks or trees or grass anywhere, only concrete and tar and glass......... so Selki worked in some cafĂ© called Ami or something like that, I think not so far from gangnam but on the north side of the river, I remember coz when I was working with the bratty little brothers in gangnam with the philandering golf pro dad that I never met, she wasn't far from there....... anyway I used to play feeding frenzy game a lot in my free time, not being interested in the lack of trees outside and Selki was busy or something --- when I left the island Seoul is on on a big bird and went to the island Hollywood is on from there, I played feeding frenzy a little around near sunset blvd and then you know I was only there for about two weeks before I went to Arizona and after spending most of spring/summer in Arizona and returning to Hollywood it was really weird seeing again some of the places that i'd remembered from the first two weeks there prior to Arizona

the picture on the wall before the hallway is me and my sister trish when she was like 13 and I was like 8 - she lives in spain now, in Madrid, we haven't been on talking terms for like 15 years now

anyway, talking about Trump and the media, it's pretty cool how they're not talking about his bus conversation with Bush's cousin anymore -- ha ha

man I forgot the ostras can eat you on feeding frenzy --- those are like the only animals you will see in seoul, apart from humans: seafood -- coz there aren't many birds coz no plants or trees -- there's a lot of seafood in tanks like squids and stuff -- they are a very maritime lot of people these Koreans - they absolutely love their seafood

so look, going off on a dementia ridden tangent --- talking about birds -- it's absolutely amazing to think  -- like when me and some of my buddies went to a newly emerged island off the coast of Auckland new Zealand, this island was spewed out from under the ocean via a simple underwater volcanic eruption of lava that turns into very hard rock which forms land basically --- so there you have off the coast of Auckland a virgin island -very young, only 10,000 or 100,000 years old, extremely young --- go see it if you're ever in Auckland -- anyway -- the amazing thing is the role birds can play there -- they fly over from Auckland, shit on the new island, they shit out seeds and the seeds begin growing plants --- this can now sustain insects, the plants and insects and birds can now foster stronger plants whose roots can break down the hard rocks and eventually you have dirt -- plus the trees shed their leaves providing compost which contributes to dirt -- and all this because birds can just fly over and shit on a brand new piece of pristine virgin land, essentially just a vomiting of molten lava.......... and the plant seeds just sit in that shit and then grab some dirt and sprout -- that's just amazing when you think about it -- so think about it

got2 play diner dash - that's really going to fire some old neurons up bigtime --- some other night -- got 2 sleep soon
