hectic shift, first job, around 315pm, pyrmont to kings cross (potts point).... then go to vietnamese ppl there selling soda cans for a dollar (instead of two dollars or more)..... then some guy covered in tattoos wants to go to illawong, very far away......... he was interesting, tattoo artist, grew up in bikie family....... dropped him and proceeded to illawarra road or whatever it's called there to fairford road, off to canterbury road, rejecting two radio jobs then job comes up for mt pritchard so i take that, another $50....... then i drive 40 minutes in a little traffic to auburn, home....wifey doesn't answer phone so go to apartment, no-one there, call her mom's phone, they're at park, we meet for pizza, haven't had many opportunities in past few months to spend time with alex and wifey together at same time......on top of that her russian momma has taken over my life so that i've been sleeping away from home, about a mile away, since late last year.........thank God she's going home in just over a week........good riddance.........what a nerve

anyway a radio job came up for lidcombe to strathfield, took that then two chinese going to mental hospital at concord hospital, probably visiting some crazy family member, i spoke more chinese than the momma sitting up front could speak english, then i get some idiot korean that can't speak a word of english at ikea rhodes nearby going to some random industrial street for some table tennis, the only word he knows in english is ping pong, what an arsehole.......learn how to speak english douches

then i have to drive to city empty up victoria road, flash flood had to slow down for a few minutes, however it's not raining in city, guy gets in, myers worker, going to st peters, guy bought his house for 200k in 1994 now it's worth around a million.......... can't remember who was next, will gloss over to puker girl, haven't had a puker in at least a year now, it seems, although can't say for sure, actually, before her, i got a job from city to glenwood, that's only half hour drive away but big bucks as far as cab driving goes, 65 mph speed limit, freeway whole way.......drive back to city empty, puker girl, i knew she was a liability but i made money from her vomit as i billed her a fair and non-mercenary $30 for it  (well in my rights to charge more than that, but gauged her puke to be non-income-threatening - too stinky and the shift is lost, could cost well over $100 in that case)....this girl was crazy, she actually toppled out of the car and landed on her face on the gutter, ouch, her face was badly scraped up/bruised/cut after that.......two female good samaritans came along and one was a med student.......i'm in a flagrant rush and worried about how bad the puke could be so really need to keep shit knocking, that's for sure.......... the samaritans come along, puker girl is a good sport and pays my non-mercenary surcharge of $30 for puking...... the samaritans walk her to her home a few yards (narrow street blocked by parallel parked cars), luckily there's a garden hose nearby and i do a good job cleaning what i can without wetting car interior, then samaritan girls come back with a towel from puker girl and an apology from her brother, before puker girl hobbled off i ascertained from her she hadn't taken other drugs apart from alcohol otherwise she might need a stomach pump at the hospital........puker girls towel did the trick along with some deodorant and puker girl turned out to be slightly profitable, potential disaster averted, btw, when samaritan girls first showed up, i was worried they'd think i pushed that girl out of the car!

The EU and the USA should just get over it and normalize their relations with Russia; the Russians need to figure out if they dare try and pry more Ukraine territory away (not particularly advisable although i'm not an expert) and how they'd like to go about offering Russian citizenship and repatriation/migration help to Russians living in Eastern Ukraine and assisting them with real estate sale, etc.....

It's up to the EU to provide guidelines to the rest of Ukraine on how to join the EU and they should hold a plebiscite on whether they want to do that (they do).

At some stage Russia will have to normalize relations with Ukraine proper and accept that they are going to join the EU (because they are, it's self-evident).

For those of you that don't know, Crimea has belonged to Russia for a very long time, and the next industrial age czar to come along, after Stalin, which was Brezhnev i guess; GAVE Crimea AWAY! That's right! It belonged to Russia and he just UP AND GAVE IT AWAY to Ukraine.

That was around the 1950s, nobody, NOBODY, in those days could foresee the European Union as it stands today, such a united Union; only Nietzsche, of all scholars, saw this coming and he saw it coming in the 19th century, and he also accurately predicted the 'struggle for the mastery of the entire planet' (world war 2)...... in this sense, Nietzsche was prophetic, however, in our intellectual age, we never apply this term anymore, so he was an intellectual (and one that railed against 'women in pants with university degrees' too!)....

Anyway, suffice to say nobody in the 1950s could see Europe Uniting so strongly, and nobody would have suspected, in Russia, at the time of giving away Crimea, that Ukraine would want to join a completely united Europe from top to bottom, east to west, in the year 2014......... but that's the case, Europe's Unity and the European Union's destiny clearly seems bound up with the issue of oil depletion and the coming world where energy is not so abundant as it has been......... let the Ukrainians join the European Union!

But what Putin is offering, even if the people hold a plebiscite, you'll have any number of idiot cooks in the kitchen, Susan Rice, John Kerry, all these NGOs and EU commentators, they'll all be saying the plebiscite was a phoney....... you'll have to wait for their dumb arses to send election scrutineers.........whoever heard of western election scrutineers scrutinizing an election held by and for majority russians?

Obviously if there's a plebiscite, the majority russians are going to vote to re-incorporate with Russia in the Crimea........ Russia taking back Crimea is perfectly legal....... Russia should think about repatriating ethnic Russians and Russia-lovers from Ukraine to Crimea or elsewhere in Russia and start working with Ukraine's government to that end, e.g., with regard to selling their fixed real estate or allowing them property rights in Ukraine, establishing their citizenship - dual or what? etc. I don't think Russia needs to open any lines with America on the issue but Russia can deal with the EU in Brussels directly regarding Ukraine, even if they don't like the govt. in Ukraine enough to deal with them

the situation is messy and should be cleaned up, if only as it's bad for global markets and confuses American journalists who prefer to talk about pet dogs and glossy coats therein.....

in fact, i am about to begin a work-week of four days today and i normally like to listen to fox news about 6-10 hours during these 48 hours of work, however, with this Ukraine business, i won't be able to, because i KNOW that they will start LYING.......it's very simple....... they're ALREADY lying about committing war crimes and genocide in Iraq for the sake of controlling the world's second biggest oil reserve at a time when global oil stocks are being depleted and people would do well to stock up on seeds, beans, guns and water. Normally they like to adopt a silent position on glaring issues, like peak oil, but here they most likely will not stay silent but use it instead to start the most distasteful kind of moralizing, beginning with the catholic brainwashee o'reilly who we suspect was sexually abused by some kind of priest or nun which would account for everything

The Americans don't think twice about acting at will in 'their backyard' (EVERYWHERE SOUTH OF TEXAS that is SMALL ENOUGH not to offer any substantial resistance - so little countries like Honduras/ Guatamala, etc); but have a problem with Russia walking into a country that used to belong to them, where their own citizens of their own ethnicity come out on the streets waving russian flags!  The Americans have a problem with this?

I'm purely interested in the American psychology of its leaders and media, as a case study for lying and how it works.  Some of the media and politicians would know their position is absurd to an extreme, others, perhaps tired from too much partying, would just go along with the official line, not really knowing what's going on; and the ones 'knowing' what's going on, possibly don't really either.

Collective amnesia/doubletalk: this is best summarized by the Iraq war example above. It's actually amazing how a hypocrite has its buttons pressed by seeing something that offends it: this is a perfect example.
